Жахіття!!! Horror!!!

The first impression is that the hotel is good for money. But the money is not small compared to other hotels and the services provided. What caused great dissatisfaction was, first of all, the view of the hotel - dirt everywhere, and then - the settlement. For two days we walked from room to room with suitcases. Hot water is not always available. The rooms are dirty, the plumbing is old, everything has an unpleasant smell, as if there were ten people living here, who did nothing but smoke cigarettes. Service personnel do not treat Ukrainians in a friendly manner. At the bar we were told they didn't understand us when we asked for a Coke. Meals are deliciously prepared, distributed in portions, only salads could be put on by yourself. There is no choice. Therefore, they ate what was given. But this is enough not to be hungry. Again - the staff! Both the distribution and the waiters are very picky and mock us, sometimes even insulting us. The vacation turned into a nightmare from day one.
Music blared all day and evening, sometimes until one o'clock in the morning. At the same time, the description of the hotel says that it is quiet and family-friendly. People came to spend time in silence with their children, and even complaints did not help here. A lot of "Russians" who simply did not leave the bar, did not see the sea, because everyone was sitting by the pool and defecating in it. This saved our rest. We were alone on the beach, so we spent most of our time in the sea, not in the hotel. We do not recommend vacationing in Acacia for Ukrainians. Look for hotels with adequate staff and no dirt.
