We arrived at the hotel around 08.30-09.00, my child needs a shower for hygiene, breakfast and morning sleep. At the reception they said that there are no rooms, wait for 14.00, while where to wash a child who has been crap with loose stools (after the flight) from head to toe (the diaper leaked, and I was already in a soiled T-shirt, sorry for such details), as you know, with wet wipes no longer doable. I asked to give me a towel and take me to any room or public place where there is hot water and I can wash the baby. This request was ignored three times by the young people at the counter, and endless requests to call the hotel manager, even when I was already crying from indifference - no one gave me a towel and pointed to the toilet in the lobby, where there is only a sink and a thin stream of ice water. Can you imagine moms? , how is it to subject your own child to such a wash, honestly, sobbed out loud with her son. At the end of the procedure, a girl with guest relations came to the toilet and gave me a towel. Thank her very much! As a result, they changed from a suitcase into clean clothes right in the lobby, like homeless people. It would be very funny if it weren't so sad. 5* hotel, family hotel for families with children. Then we ourselves looked for where to eat, where to sit, and every thirty minutes I ran to the reception to ask for a room. The child, exhausted, was already expecting sleep, and in the lobby where the crowds of people could not fall asleep from overexcitation and flight. He doesn't sleep in the wheelchair. The hotel management is apparently on vacation in Europe, they don’t care about the reputation of the hotel as a whole, they don’t care about the health of the hotel guests, mostly children, and where is it in general ? ! Where are the measures to combat the virus. Why are the pools open? Why is there no disinfection of rooms where patients are? ! Why don't they listen to what they are saying? Listening and hearing are two different things. We're leaving tomorrow, thank God. I hope the son recovers tomorrow before departure. Thanks to the son who stayed for more than a week in a hotel where the infection is raging. The room cooling system in the hotel is one common to all rooms. Start processing with it. My advice: do not go here now to rest with small children. The hotel is no longer 5*.
