This is the first time I am writing a review about a hotel, but the stay in Akka Antedon surprised our whole family so much that I want to share it. Our hotel was located close to the airport and was the first on the route, which is very convenient.
When we were given the keys to our room, we saw that it had a double bed, a sofa and a playpen for a small child. But since our youngest child is already 5 years old (we were 2 adults and 2 children aged 9 and 5), we returned to the reception to discuss this issue. We were first offered to put an extra bed, and then after 2 days they offered to move to a two-story family room with 2 bathrooms without any additional payment on our part (it was released after 2 days). And although we originally booked and paid for a standard 4-bed room (our travel agent, unfortunately, did not warn that there were no such rooms in the hotel, in this case they offer to put an extra bed in the room) - the hotel went to meet us so that our family It was a comfortable stay, for which we were very grateful.
The room is spacious, two-story, on the first floor there is a large double bed and a bathroom with a bathtub, on the second floor there are two single beds and a bathroom with a shower. The room is clean, comfortable, the only thing is that the balcony of our room overlooked the side of the neighboring hotel, where a disco was held every night (sometimes until 23-24, and sometimes later). We slept with the window closed, and after 00 we opened the door to the balcony when the disco ended.
The food is excellent, there is a diet table, a separate children's restaurant, no one will definitely remain hungry. Near the pool and at the entrance to the beach there were refrigerators with bottled water, juices, Cola, Fanta, Airan. I really liked the coffee shop near the pool, where they prepared delicious coffee for every taste. Alcoholic drinks, beer, juices are all good quality. Pleasantly pleased with the good bottled beer in the bars. Children's animation is on top, our children were delighted. Every day they work with children, there is a timed program. Many interesting games, competitions, every day there was something new. Children are really busy all the time with animators, and not left to their own devices. Thank you so much for the wonderful children's entertainment.
But what impressed me the most was the service and maintenance. Starting from the reception, where wonderful and helpful people work, guest relations - many thanks to the girls who helped solve all the issues, to the animators who entertain children and adults (very nice guys). Special thanks to the waiters in the restaurant, despite self-service, all drinks are brought by the waiters. All the time, despite the large number of vacationers, the waiters cleaned and served tables with lightning speed, brought drinks at the first request, in general, we were very pleased.
The hotel area is very clean, it is clear that it is constantly washed and cleaned. Toilets are always clean.
