This comment is for those who choose a hotel and cannot decide from a bunch of conflicting reviews, because who goes here 10 times, and who puts 1 and says that they will never come back. Well, for the administration, which I hope is still an important feedback.

As well as mutually exclusive comments - we had an ambiguous impression of staying at the hotel. We have been at home for 24 hours and until the last, before writing a comment, I thought about what rating I would give, I was sure that 4ri, but due to the fact that the vacation began with an unpleasant and ended with an unpleasant situation, and that I am constantly torn between negative and positive, then and score is in the middle.

I will only describe our experience of staying at Akka Antedon for 10 days. It is not at all exceptional that this is not the first time that visitors are met and seen off differently, and that the rooms are in better condition than the three that we saw.

Pros:

The most important thing: beautiful views of the mountains, clean clear sea.
Near Antalya Airport, without stops, you can drive in 40 minutes.
A visit to the restaurant maps 5 euros per person.
The soundproofing is average (or we were lucky with a remote room and quiet neighbors), only once I heard someone snoring and on the last night of the child's tantrum, but she ran out of the room along the corridor).
Coffee shop with delicious coffee (not in the morning).
Delicious portioned ice cream at the bar and at dinner at dinner.
Delicious pastries (bread, buns).
Own application with the ability to book lunch and dinner (it's a bit annoying, but due to the coronavirus it's a plus for controlling the number of people in the restaurant), as well as ordering additional items (iron, towels, blankets, shaving and brushing kits, etc. ). . ) and room services. Everything was brought to us almost immediately after ordering, which was very nice and cool.
There are antiseptics on the territory, the temperature is checked in the main restaurant and in the last days of our stay there were even masks that you could take.
The territory (sunbeds and dressing rooms) is disinfected every night (as far as we have seen).

Minuses:
The building of the hotel, the furniture - in some places shabby, shabby, worn out (perfectionists don’t have a foot here). It's the same with numbers.
Standard rooms have two single beds pushed together with two separate mattresses. The superior has a double narrow bed.
There is a smell in the toilet near the main restaurant, there are some problems with the sewerage, apparently, and the workers are still trying to kill it with some kind of caustic deodorant, constantly spraying it - the mixture turns out to be tin, and that smell is heard.
Almost always a dirty toilet on the beach.
The changing rooms on the beach are probably cleaned at most twice a day or once.
In most cases, tasteless food, although a wide variety of everything.

Morning orange juice - strange, or diluted, or there were some kind of watery no oranges. Everything in the restaurant is yuppie drinks. Wine - brr.
In the morning there are no sweets (no cakes, no baklava, no desserts, .. ), only folders and fornetti.

Due to the fact that the mountains are nearby, the sun sets earlier (in mid-August at 18, so if it is important for you, pay attention).

In the evening, low-quality animation and live music with a girl who sang none of the choruses that we heard so that we didn’t want to hear it. Old dirty indoor pool and jacuzzi - not a jacuzzi

Everything in detail:

Arrival. We were taken to the hotel by a representative of the travel agency, where they took our temperature and showed us where to put the bag. The administrator girl poked the questionnaire into her hands and ordered to fill it out.
After that she also said that there is still breakfast in the dining room and we can have breakfast.
Then she took the completed questionnaires and did not answer any questions about the settlement, saying that all questions were for people at the reception. Having greeted at the reception in English, they began to speak with us in Russian, in Russian, which was a little difficult to understand, they explained to us that the check-in was from 14, but we can come after 12 and somehow everything is complicated and confusing. After the 12th, we asked for a room on the 3rd or 4th floor, because we love landscapes) we were told that there is only on the 1st floor and that we would come after the 14th. Before check-in, we were already given cards for towels - that is, we could go swimming and eat.

Number. In the end, at 14:40 we got to our room. An old shabby room, but more or less, if you do not take into account the not properly cleaned bathroom and stains on the table.
I was surprised when I saw that for two of us we had not one mattress, but two shifted.

in general, we all have such beds, there are some double beds, but they are small, but it’s better, because you will have more space. » By clicking something on the system, we were told that there is a room with a double bed and we can go look at it. It seems that this was done out of spite, because we got into an uncleaned, completely smoky room on the first floor, it was even superior, but it was impossible and unbearable to be there and their double bed is really narrow. there was no room at all. The room downstairs is good for those who don't want to wait for the elevator or go up the stairs, but not ok, because there will be no scenery, half the time there will be sounds from the kitchen, smells from the restaurant, and cats walking around : )
We stayed in the first room, ordering an additional thorough cleaning with the confidence that the stains and the toilet would be removed - this did not happen ((even the glue from their sticker remained on the toilet lid all the days, which was removed.
Tipping was left - it didn't change anything).

Location. Territory. Sea. This is the most beautiful component of our holiday and stay in this hotel. Near Antalya Airport, a hotel with a fairly spacious area, with a luxurious area. It is constantly cleaned, mowed, trimmed with wood and bushes, flowers bloom, there are hammocks, benches, cozy seating areas overlooking the sea and just in silence. (Although when they once mowed the grass for several hours, it was very buzzing - it was uncomfortable from the noise) There are a lot of cats walking around the territory : ), and also a closed small shelter (I understand that this is a good thing, but I was sad to look at cats in a practically cage 5on5(.
The sea is clear, transparent and clean: ) Pebbles...stones...big stones - it's all there, but this is a feature of the region, and if you are going, just read about it. There are metal descents from the shore, as well as from the pier to the depth at once.
I could only swim, it was uncomfortable to walk barefoot in the water, only along the shore, where there was a thin line of sand : ). But it is precisely due to the rocky bottom that everything is transparent and clean. In the evening, everything is well illuminated, the speakers scattered around the territory are disguised as stones, from where some pleasant lounge music usually sounds. You can enjoy the view of the mountains lying by the basuin, on the pier or swimming in the sea, and if you're lucky from your room : )

Staff. There was one pleasant person at the reception, others were dissatisfied and more hostile.

The main one speaks Russian and is very confusing, he offered us a room with a sea view (more precisely, towards the sea overlooking the pool) for an additional fee, praising him, and when we looked and refused, he already said that he was our best %) .
All three female administrators cannot be called friendly, they have never been seen smiling.
When something was asked or booked, after a minute they rearranged the room number 5 times (I understand, perhaps because of the fear of making a mistake, but still). And at the same time, we wanted to immediately book a restaurant from the cards, to which we were told that the earliest was 24.08. When we came for the check on the 25th, we were actually told that we had already visited the restaurant on the 22nd - it is not clear why and from where.
Basically, all the employees are serious, tired and just want to do something and not to be touched or distracted, there were a couple of friendly employees in the main restaurant; the woman who makes the gozleme (to the right, looking at the bar) is beautiful; and another very nice one in the omelet/pancake area; one of the workers on the towels is very nice), from the animators Umut and Hussein are chatty and funny : )

Food. Breakfast, lunch and dinner - in the main restaurant. Instead of lunch or in addition, you can eat gozlem or at the snack bar.
The “most difficult” time is from 4 to 6:30 pm, because all there is is some kind of snack by the beach (opposite the refrigerators with drinks) - for some reason nothing is written about it in the mobile application and tasteless sweets in Pasticheria ( it is up to 18), where the corrugated waffles, which people still eat, end in the evening). There is also ice cream, and very tasty portioned ice cream at the bar, and delicious weight ice cream can be eaten in the main restaurant for dinner.

Main restaurant.

One of the biggest disappointments. I don’t know if the staff can’t cope or if it’s not enough, but almost always there were no napkins and cutlery on the table, at first we asked, but they usually carried it for a long time, so then they started looking and taking it themselves, the same thing with drinks, until they ask you what to bring, you can already eat everything)). Breakfast from the 7th, and having come to the 7th, there were practically no staff, and now only the staff serves food.
The food is varied and plentiful unless you try it.
When I arrived, I was delighted with a large selection of cheeses, but on the very first day I tried everything, I was upset, they were all different and similar, one was normal, and with a splash - something too strange and not dorblu and not gorgonzollo, but something incomprehensible.
Not all dishes had tablets, and in most cases those that had such a translation, which is not very true or simply absurd, especially the Russian translation, sometimes combining English with Russian, became clearer.
“Steaks” was written on the meat, but they were more like fried beef pancakes, not steaks, salmon steaks were thin and almost tasteless, I don’t know if it was salmon at all, once there were shrimp, but deep-fried and for I was not edible, often there were crayfish - I don’t eat them, but people ate a lot, several times there were deep-fried squid rings - nothing, red fish in salt was a couple of times - delicious, grilled sea bass a couple of times - delicious, we didn’t see dorado , the grilled chicken at dinner was delicious, mostly just skinned thighs (it was also called steaks), once there was "sushi" - I regretted that I tried them, instead of rice it was like rice paste and besides it there was practically nothing in those rolls was not felt, although the wasabi, which was smeared from the edge of the plate with a spoon, was spicy). For dinner, too, there was always spaghetti and some other pasta. For lunch - I don’t even know what to call delicious, except for salads.
Once they even poured water into glasses that were still clearly dirty from orange juice (that is, they were washed, but orange pieces remained on the walls of the glass).
They say everything was better before, apparently, this year, due to the crisis, the hotel is trying to save on everything.


Restaurants a la carte. We were only in French Pasha and Sea Gulet. Pasha has a rather large menu, and looking at it at home, we thought that we would go there several times, but on the spot we realized why there is more choice of dishes than in other restaurants. I think that due to the location, the restaurant is indoors, there is a terrace, but since it is located far from the sea, it is still very stuffy there in the evening, and we didn’t really like the dishes themselves.
But Gulet, it seems to me, has the best location - overlooking the sea and its freshness, with a huge number of snacks that are immediately brought and we liked the fish there : ) There are candles for romance, but because of the wind from the sea - they are not set on fire - I think it can be replaced with electronic ones in this case. Service like trainee waiters.

Animation. Sport. Entertainment. For 10 days of staying at the hotel, if you are not hiding from the animators, but also interested, you already know the names of everyone), but not here. For in most cases they do not introduce themselves and do not ask about you (as I wrote above, we only talked with Umut, Hussein and the girl who often led the barrel, and then with her - on our initiative).
In general, what games and sports are there only from 10:15 to 12:30 and from 15:15 to 17, but you won’t be able to play all of them, because only 30 minutes are calculated for each game and they don’t always start on time to finish on time, because people are not particularly encouraged and not "dragged", and often a league when they pass by, then people see and can come up. It is also not always clear where exactly the games or sports take place - I think it is worth adding this information to the application. The main motto is: if you are lying right next to the animation booth, you will not miss anything, and if you are somewhere on the beach, then do not expect that they will come for you or find out something.
Water park - only 5 hours a day. He is not a giant, but not small either) the characteristics of the slides can be read on their website or in the application, only two relatively large slides for moving out on buns.
Every evening, no matter what, it starts with the same music, the action itself does not last long, the dancers are like that. .
nothing very good to see, the costumes are only sometimes bright.

Interestingly, it depended on the people themselves: Mr. Hotel and the singing competition. After such an evening program, live music (I already wrote above that it is unpleasant to listen to) or karaoke, the organization of which leaves much to be desired.

SPA. The administrator girl said that the hotel had nothing to do with the spa. But since it is on the territory of the hotel and is included in the services, I am writing about it.
One and a half hour complexes with a hammam and massage are of mediocre quality, peeling and soapy massage are fast. During the Balinese massage, I froze, because they also didn’t let me change into dry clothes after the hammam, but they do the massage in wet bathing suits.
The sauna itself is good. We signed up in the jacuzzi, without an appointment, they said in no way, it was necessary for a specific hour, I thought for disinfection, but it wasn’t that there was no disinfection - it was dirty everywhere and there was a “jacuzzi”, an indoor pool and sunbeds.
"Jacuzzi" - because there were some light bubbles and the water temperature was +28 degrees - this is not a jacuzzi.
In general, everything in the spa looks very old and intimidating, except for the standard sauna cabin.

Features of communication with the administration: At home, I was inspired by my own mobile application, fantasized that when I logged in there would be even more and everything was convenient, good and in general a buzz : ) We looked at the entire menu and I already noticed that I want to try it. And, of course, I began to follow the instagram, admiring the sea, mountains, figs, pasta and other variety of dishes. Every day there were figs, but there were none. On some day of our stay, when the monotony of what was edible for us became a little annoying, I wrote a comment in the game that we had never seen either figs or pasta.

I was told that figs are every day and that I should contact via WhatsApp and they will tell me where to look for it)) I did write) figs were told that every day at lunch in the main restaurant (we checked there every day)), because they took a melon , it was delicious and hopefully looked like figs)) and from that day figs still appeared there and not only for lunch, but also for dinner every day: ) Pasta, as it turned out, was before our arrival and next time should have been after our departure . It was a pleasant surprise when they sent me a photo in WhatsApp that they were already making macaroons while we were at the hotel, but they would serve them when we left and therefore they would bring them to our room to taste. Yes, I bake myself and there are enough delicious ones in Kyiv, we didn’t ask, but it was nice that they decided to do this for us - but everything turned out wrong, they called me several times and said that our room was closed from the middle and they can't bring them in even though we weren't there.
The employee at the reception said that they do not provide lunch boxes.
We approached the administrator - we were told that they do not give any lunch boxes, since they have a night table in the restaurant and we can eat there. And imagine our surprise when we arrive at the reception at 4:50 to check out a room and people nearby are given lunch boxes))). In the end, this did not upset us very much, because there was nothing sensible in the lunch boxes anyway. During the stay at the hotel, the employees sometimes said a cold learned “pleasant rest”, before leaving, all they said was “bye bye” - this is all the hospitality and cordiality of the vast majority of the hotel staff.

In the end, we are not doubted by the rest through the beautiful territory and incredible nature, as well as the readiness for low quality through quarantine.
And yet, in our opinion, the hotel needs renovation, increase in the number of staff, quality of cleaning and food, as well as the training of the animation team and the diversity of the evening program and the replacement of live music.
If you are not picky about food, not perfectionists in cleanliness and repairs, you can drink water, do not need friendliness, you can easily take water / cutlery / napkins yourself / ask to clean the table for you twice, you want a relaxing holiday without entertainment and just enjoy nature, beautiful views and clean sea water, swimming at a depth - then Akka Antedon will be a paradise for you during your stay there and you will definitely not regret your choice.
If something does not suit you, you can always ask (or ask several times for reliability) and you will be met to satisfy the request, because the administration is trying to maintain its reputation.

The main advice, if you are already in this hotel, ask again and ask / demand several times if you need something.

I also want to say that, in spite of everything, we were friendly and always smiling: ) although we saw quite a few indignant and hysterical visitors - maybe that’s how they managed to get more - I don’t know, but we had no desire to communicate with the like and how to ruin your vacation.
