We rested in AKKA Antedon from May 19.2013 to June 2.2013. We arrived only yesterday, so while the impressions are fresh, I decided to immediately unsubscribe everything in order.

So we went as a big family, consisting of different ages. From 4 years old to 59 years old. Therefore, each age has its own impressions. Therefore, I will try to combine everything into one. I hope someone will help. I want to say right away that if I had read such a review as mine, then I would not have bought a tour to it, because this is not 5 *! Well, I'll start in order...

The tour operator - Anex tour - there will be a separate post about him, because they "tried", and complaints will also be written to the general managers of this office. Dear tourists, it would be better if I paid 2000 more for the tour and bought a TEZ tour. In 2013, ANEX hired Kazakhs who don’t really know the Russian language ...these are just flowers ...well, now it’s not about him ...

We arrived at the hotel at 10 am ...we bought 3 rooms ...2 rooms with sea views and 1 standard ...They gave everyone the 4th floor of the 2nd building. The standard was given almost immediately (2419), number 2 was given at 12 (2430), and 3 at 13.30 (2436). In principle, the staff was friendly, so we realized that the cleaning and the delay were not particularly upsetting. I am not one of the picky tourists.

What can I say about the rooms ...standard 2419 ...spacious, large bathroom and shower, in short, everything is as usual ...mountain view - below the tennis court, but stuffy, because the sea breeze does not reach ...Well, in principle, this is nonsense, since the mountains are beautiful. That is, at first everything is fine, until the night came. Where is it seen that the air conditioner works by the hour? Is it 5*?!! ! ! ! They include daytime sleep and from 21 to about 2 am ...It is very stuffy in the morning, the air conditioner drives warm air, that is, it works like a fan. You can sleep with an open balcony, but the discos of the nearest hotels will not allow you to do this. Have a nice sleep everyone!
...In short, everything is somehow sad in this regard. Very sad. Room 2436 … as spacious as 2419, sea view and fisherman's cove. Someone wrote that there is a homeless person, probably does not know what ordinary fishing piers look like (more about him later because there is something to tell about this “homeless person”). The same nonsense with air conditioning. But here it is even worse to sleep with an open balcony, because the column of the neighboring hotel is directed directly at this part of our hotel. It turns out you listen to the mix, the music from our hotel and the music of the neighboring one. If the air conditioner worked, then in principle, it's okay. He closed the balcony and sleep, but here it did not work out. Further room 2430. Smaller, but not small, there is also an ala ottoman, a balcony overlooking the courtyard and the sea, there is only a bathtub in the bathroom, there was no place for a shower, but this is the whole difference in the rooms, a little smaller and no extra soul. With kondeem the same sadness. But there are no discos here (parties on the territory stop at 23.

30), but sleeping with an open balcony is also problematic. If a company sits in the courtyard (as an example, a company came to play mafia), then laughter and conversation can be heard well, but this can be waited out. But at 5 in the morning they start preparing breakfast in the kitchen and smells right into the room and it’s unrealistic to sleep. What I want to say and all this is because of the OUT OF AIR CONDITIONERS. Complained about customer service. Lovely girls. They promised it would work, but it never happened. Well, that was just the beginning...Next, what I want to note about the rooms - mosquitoes. Since we were going to a forest area, we brought fumigators with us, but local mosquitoes do not care about them ...It seemed to us that they flew from the ventilation in the bathroom. In general, as far as I know, the territory of the hotel should be treated with special smoke so that all living creatures die, and this must be done in a day or two. But in 14 days I saw it only 2 times.
Having said this at the reception, they told me that this is a municipal processing and is no longer needed. But since I lived in Turkey for some time and I know some points very well, you can’t deceive me. Therefore, I suppose here it is pure savings, because there are special services for processing the territory. By the way, if you sit in the evening on the street in a restaurant or by the pool during the day, where the bushes - a small midge flies, so IMHO this is a hotel flaw in the treatment of the territory. A trifle, it doesn’t matter, you can survive - but sometimes she got it at dinner.

Nutrition. To me, this is typical hotel food. There were indeed fruits, but there were often days with green fruits. Strawberries are nothing, watermelon was often tasteless. IMHO the supply does not work well or they save on purchases. But to be honest in the morning a small selection of dishes. It was enough for me, but the adult part of our company would like more variety. To tell the truth, sometimes I thought it was scarce.
Although I am indifferent to food, I will always find something to eat. For 14 days, one evening was fish, there are squids in batter, and 3 types of fish and pasta in seafood. In the evening, there is usually a queue at the barbecue, they made barbecue and grilled fish. It is impossible to please everyone. You need to understand that this is no matter how cool catering (PUBLIC CATERING) and you don’t have to wait for homemade or unusual food. Just think, they need to cook for 1000 people and that everyone likes it and everyone is happy. This is already nitpicking. Everything is fine with food here, except for fruits.

Didn't go to a la carte. Nothing to say. 5 euros for dinner and it's free there. But honestly, I don’t understand why this is necessary, because the kitchen is the same and the food is the same as in general, it’s just separated from the Mediterranean from Italian, etc.


We dined several times at the snack bar by the pool… breaded chicken, pasta, rice, vegetables, pide and pizza, hamburgers… in general, you can eat, everything is worthy.
Children's restaurant with cartoons about Masha, sometimes mothers shouted “Who will eat this? ”, but everything is fine for me, ours ate and watched cartoons. Also, do not wait for 100 types of cereals, this is a public catering. But ice cream all day (vanilla, cherry, strawberry, banana, lemon, chocolate, caramel) and the children are happy.

Near the pier during the day they give either fruits, cocktails of the day (sometimes alcoholic, sometimes without) ...It seems that from 16 o'clock they give hot dogs ...In general, who spends time on the beach, they know the schedule better. We have always been by the pool.

The territory is large, beautiful, many cozy places - there are no words for 5 *.

The swimming pool is super big - it doesn't smell of chlorine at all, at 5 *. Cleaned by robot every evening. An interesting spectacle.

The children's pool is located under a tree, respectively, everything falls from it in the breeze. Has been heavily chlorinated for the last 3 days and is dirty, although it needs to be cleaned more often than an adult. The slide on it is turned off during the day, they did not see the schedule.
In general, bathed in an adult more often. Children's at 3 *.

Slides are adults. Good, not extreme, unpretentious - for me that's it. Also on time 10-12 or from 14-17, I didn’t watch the queue.

Another disadvantage is the midge. At sunset, she comes out and until full sunset she is annoying if you are sitting by the greenery in a restaurant. By the way, an interesting thing is that there are outdoor air conditioners in the pool bar, they specially create wind - cool in the heat. Well, in general, everything is fine, the territory pulls on 5 *. Just needs to be tweaked a bit. Well, also remove the sticks with leather and gold. They already got it ...“Well, when will we go for gold? " And every day.


Animation for children is just super. But at first we did not understand what, where, when, because the information is generally “0”, that is, the animators do not pass through the territory, do not take the children. By the time we realized that we had to come ourselves, time had passed. Ages 4 and 8. Did a lot of crafts, games, dances, soft rooms… everything is very, very much.
Children were eager to go there, they didn’t even want to swim in the pool. It's just that in the morning someone would pass by and announce the start of the children's club. Well done! Nothing to say.

But adult animation at 3 *. This is the worst team I have ever seen. I read reviews from May 2013 that everything is super and did not understand - where is it super? but let's be honest - it's not about anything at all. Probably super for those who have not been to hotels with the best animation. There are either 7 or 8 of them there, Turks, Ukrainians, Moldovans. Appo is generally a frame, I would say boor. They didn’t buy a ticket for stupid bingo, so he said to a 59-year-old man with such a look, “Well, you finally can” - he turned around and left. Disgusting behaviour. We went once to Water Aerobics with Appo and didn’t go again, one movement will show and runs away to the girls to lyak next to those lying around, we stand like fools ...Busy only with ourselves. All boys are Turkish. In the eyes only, as it were, with whomever, wherever. One suggested we go to the beach.
Guys, this is not professional! I need animation, entertainment, not sex on the beach. Only on the last day they began to pass through the territory and invite them to competitions. In short, there are a lot of people, but the sense is "0". Once I watched the disassembly of two animators ...Moldavian ...one blonde with long hair and one with a short haircut, stood and shouted at each other in their native language : ) ...Not nice guys! ! It's also not professional. In general, I didn’t see communication with animation, they only approach those whom they want to approach. Once I saw how a macho animator persuaded him to write his name in the Guest Questionnaire and dictated what to write. Evening shows are the usual. Nothing interesting if you are not the first time in Turkey. Show until 22.30 and then horror.

In the snack bar, the continuation is either karaoke (well, it’s not pleasant to listen to drunken screams of people without hearing or voice) or bingo (an incredibly boring spectacle, and besides, it’s paid - 2 euros or 3 US dollars ...winning a bottle of champagne, which is free in bar or cocktail) or live music (this is the only pleasant thing - they sing well). And then who wants to continue go to the Nightclub. But it's just unrealistically smoky. This Appo comes up to everyone and says that it's boring there and, like, come with us to Aura. They call for 20 euros (I don’t remember exactly), they will take and bring, but I didn’t want to go until 4 in the morning, for me it’s a long time, and there were 4 people on the territory in the Nightclub in a fog of smoke. The music is terrible, the DJ generally plays for himself. But rejoice - once a week like the Show - on Saturdays. Two Saturdays and everything is the same, the difference is in the venue. Pier or garden. They decorate the place beautifully, a team of African Americans arrive and sing live. Beautiful - I do not argue.
But sorry, it's unrealistic to dance to it. AAAAAAUUUUUAAA UA UA ...And everyone is like that ...Everyone is standing and watching. At 23.30 finish.

The hotel staff is very friendly ...everyone speaks Russian ...No complaints. The only cleaning in the room is a little mediocre, though they write they don’t wipe the dust, they don’t even throw away the used fumigator tablet ...although she may not know what it is ...She doesn’t touch anything on the tables, she doesn’t fold it, for someone it’s a plus that she doesn’t touch, but if there is empty juice on the table, it won't throw it away...strange...Towels were changed every day, and bed linen was changed every 2 days. Cleaning at 4 *. But the minibar was filled well and promptly.

The biggest disappointment from the hotel is the conference facilities. At first everything was more or less, except for the fact that there was a certain separation between the guests and the conference.
They fenced off a restaurant on the street for people from the conference, so there was not enough space on the street in the evening ...but I wanted to ...But it turned out to be flowers. The conferences were one after another. And then the Coton Club company came to the conference. They did not fence off the restaurant, they simply fenced off part of the territory, near the bar of the amphitheater, put tables, a bar, speakers, a stage there, and at 19 o'clock they were very loudly talking about their cotton swabs, cotton pads and the like. We had to run to another bar, because it’s unrealistic to sit and listen to who gave what % TO - I don’t want to ...I want to sit in a bar, drink wine and calmly listen to music in the background. In short, complaints about the guest reception did not give anything. Sorry, but what about me? Why should I listen to this? I paid 100.000 rubles for a room to listen to about cotton swabs in the evening? Rave. This went on for 4 pm. Very annoying. Just awful.

Only recently there was a review that this is normal for a hotel. They have been doing this constantly since 2011, because there are a lot of conference halls and if they give money, they will push back tourists. Of course, before leaving, I was invited to a conversation by some general account manager (because I approached 3 times about this), they apologized to Coton, they said that they would be happy to see again, BUT 4pm was ruined. I also mentioned air conditioning. They said they would do it today. Well, I thought, well, at least the last night I'll sleep well. It turned out that someone came into the room, left a card so that the air conditioner would work (like to cool it down) and that's it : )))) They came, everything works, the light is on, at first they didn't understand ...So what? In the morning it still drove normal air. Well, you wouldn't be embarrassed.

In short a hotel of contrasts. Some are 5* and some are 3*.

I have no desire to return to this hotel.

Yes, by the way, I forgot to tell you about the alleged homeless "fisherman". Someone called it that earlier in the reviews + they don’t live there and there are no toilets there, this is for the author earlier - you saw from a distance completely different from what it really is. Exit AKKA, to the right, pass 2 hotels and turn into an alley ...go to the sea and there is this fishing port. There is a commander Lena : ))) Here you can order water sports much cheaper from her, but the prices are 1/3 cheaper than at the hotel. As an example, on the territory of the hotel for 2 people 150 bucks, she has 90 dollars. Then there we ordered a tour from these fishermen to the turtle island, $ 15 per person, 5 per child ...We arrived at 9.30 in the morning, our yacht was waiting for us ...we were alone ...5 adults and 2 children ...and went ...saw turtles, went into a place where there is a cave … We returned at 12.30. Great walk. Water and watermelon are included in the price. Arbus delicious, better than the hotel.
Also go to the fishermen and buy fresh shrimp ...in the morning at 10-11 o'clock ...they lay it out for you directly from the tackle and boil or fry - as you like. Yummy. 10 pieces - $ 10, but they are large. We went to buy a bay leaf, peppercorns and asked to cook as we cook. They did it, they gave me a plate, they gave me a lemon and everything was very tasty. In Moscow, this is not at all the same, a real yummy.
