We are not the only ones who choose AKKU not for the first time. I met a few friends there from last year. These people also consider the hotel one of the best in Kemer.
But, actually, to the review:
Last year's impressions remained almost the same (see review for 2012). Additionally: half of the beach strip is sand + small pebbles, you can safely enter without shoes. From the pier there are three ladders for descending into the sea, you can also dive from the pier. The pools are at a pleasant temperature this year, but the children's pool is somehow colder than the others. From the second race, I learned that there is, in addition to the tennis court, a football and basketball court (animators give out balls for free). This year we had a "land view" room, but it turns out that this is the first floor in the same family building. As for me, it's even better - a view of the garden, swimming pool (the sea is visible between the trees) with a huge balcony.

What has changed: we changed the sun loungers on the seashore, made colored lights for the trees in the garden, laid laminate flooring in the rooms of the 3rd building (maybe everywhere? ), rebuilt the bar in the garden. The beach has become cleaner, in the evening it is "stroked". Over the past year it has gotten a little better, but definitely not worse. The staff is on top, the children's animation is super, the adult is also excellent. Appo is great, he keeps the show of the hotel, the rest of the animators are also good (although the Kazakhs accepted this year are weaker than the others).
I advise you to visit a la carte restaurants not for food, but for a relaxing dinner on the shores of a beautiful sea (fish, Italian, Turkish). Although the main food remains varied and tasty. You won't be able to lose weight in a hotel.
What I didn't like: upon arrival, they kept us near the reception for 2 hours, promising to settle at 12, and then "asked" us to wait another 2 hours. I had to make a small scandal. I did not like the behavior of the representatives of Pegasus both at the meeting and at the hotel. In addition to the question "Which trip for extra money will you book with us? " there were no others.
I recommend this hotel to couples, especially those with children.
I wish you all a good holiday!
