I will join all the positive reviews, the hotel is wonderful, we are very glad to visit it, we had a wonderful rest (4 adults and 2 children 5 and 10 years old).
Check-in within a couple of hours (morning check-in), the room is good, the buildings are built in such a way that all rooms are at least a little, but with a view of the sea. A modern system of keys, and they give as many as you need - super!!!
The territory is large, clean, but also densely populated with buildings, 800 rooms!! ! 6 buildings !!!! ! There are a lot of people, you won't be left alone! The SPA center and the gym were pleasantly pleased, but the mini zoo surprised: peacocks, pheasant and living creatures are different, the children liked it + white and black swans live on the territory of the hotel - they are beautiful.
The food is good, an abundance of fruits, at the beginning of June: peaches, melons, watermelons, strawberries, cherries, apricots and much more. Buckwheat was constantly present at the children's table, milk separately in packs of 200 ml, delicious juices, fresh juice for breakfast. But do not forget that if you came to dinner not at 19:00, but at 20:00, then you will not try either dorado or trout. I want to note the work of the waiters and cooks, they are all bravo!!! ! The waiters plow like ants, if you are adequate and friendly, then they will definitely find a table for you at rush hour, and bring everything you want!! ! Special thanks to the waiter Olzhey (Olcay), a wonderful employee!! ! Good alcohol can be found on the lobby, in all the other numerous bars not Baileys, but Heilis, etc.
Another thing I liked very much was the presence of ice cream and popsicles.
The kids club is generally good, but boring in the evenings, mini-disco at 20:00-20:30 and that's it....At 21:00 everyone is on a cartoon and by numbers, or with parents on an adult show.
The animation is normal for adults, but there are a lot of tourists and there are not enough of them for everyone, as it will not work in a club hotel (there are fewer vacationers, and the animators know almost everyone personally). Here, if you didn’t dance a striptease, or didn’t accomplish any feat, you won’t get any special attention from the animators. Evening programs are good, but they feature guest artists.
But from the minuses I’ll add - not high-quality cleaning of the rooms (because we rested with two companies and they had the same thing): they only cleaned the bed and changed the towels. They didn’t vacuum, they didn’t wipe the dust, they didn’t wash the sinks, in hotels of this level I see this for the first time! Even the dollar did not help. The mini bar was filled at our discretion: we could bring water, or we could not : ( We didn’t touch the rest. We didn’t replenish the shampoos, the dispenser ran out of soap on the 2nd day, they didn’t fill it for us. There are mosquitoes, take repellents!
Summing up, the hotel is of course very good and there are always cons, it is worth visiting it, but not for sophisticated tourists.
