Let me start by saying that we travel a lot. We visited Turkey (4 times), Egypt, Dominican Republic, UAE, lived for 3 months in Thailand, traveled by car around Europe (Croatia, Montenegro, Italy, Austria, Poland).
Believe me, we have something to compare with.
I read the positive reviews and thought wow, wow, what a cool hotel. . and bought a tour. But very disappointed!
We arrived at the hotel at 14.30, settled in 20 minutes later in the 6th building on the second floor. The rooms in this building overlook the neighboring hotel. Our room was opposite some technical room of this hotel, where cars periodically arrived and unloaded something, but this did not cause us any inconvenience, as we were few in the room and it was always quiet at night.
The hotel area is beautiful, swans, mini zoo, pine trees, palm trees. Everything is neat. A big plus - a lot of different pools for children and adults, no one interferes with anyone.

The room is simple, looked not killed, there were 2 separate beds, which, after our request, were moved together. The bathroom is certainly shabby... the doors are scuffed, the plumbing is old, the toilet bowl is cracked, with a yellow lid, the shower was switched after numerous attempts to press the button. Yes, of course, you can wash and go as needed here, but this is 5 stars . .
Cleaning: when checking in, there was a piece of paper from the gasket lying next to the bed, the mirror was dirty, there were yellow stubborn spots on the toilet lid . . little things? but this is 5 stars . . According to what schedule the cleaning is carried out, it is not clear . . We left the room at 7 in the morning, could go in for lunch for 30 minutes to take a shower and returned around 18.00. Either we came already cleaned, then the cleaning lady just went into our room, once they didn’t clean it at all and we asked in the evening to at least bring clean towels. We only needed to change towels and replenish paper. .
Animators who, so to speak, are for adults. What happened to them? Woe or wages were lowered . . They work without enthusiasm, for show, that they came like they did something. Hassan is always in a hurry somewhere, flying somewhere . . The main one, who is Georgian, I don’t remember his name, caught a star? to delve into the game, to be here and now.
Food: in short - you will not be hungry, but the food is not tasty . . tasteless. You walk around with this plate and you don’t know what to stuff into yourself. It is better to let it be less, but higher quality . . Lines for eggs, scrambled eggs, pancakes. From the smoke of fried mackerel already turned back. For a week there was once a trout and a saute of squid and something else there and a queue. Baklava for 7 days of rest was not seen once. Better instead of a bunch of tasteless desserts, make more baklava so that everyone has enough.
Beach: wide, comfortable. BUT they ran into sunbeds that would not turn around. There is an area for adults and children over 16, where there are only 2 sun loungers under an umbrella, but even here you will not have peace from screaming children and parents. There is no control, although we were told that they warn the guests. Toilets near the beach are dirty. .

The hotel in general is not bad, but there are nuances that would be good to improve and fix because the hotel positions itself as 5 *. A lot of people, the staff can not cope. If this is your first time in Turkey, you might like it.
Suitable for families with children and company. But I do not recommend for traveling as a couple and not for young people.
Added: if you want to know the truth, go to the hotel group in contact. They often write real reviews there, and not just what I read here about shrimp, sea bass and dorado every day! It's a lie! There is no seafood! Alcohol is served locally! This is not UAI!
