My wife and I chose the hotel on the recommendation of friends. Rested, in general, very well. Positive aspects: the sea, the beach, well-groomed territory, a lot of greenery, varied food, attentive and polite employees of the Join up tour operator. Negative: the technical condition of the rooms. In our room, as well as in many other people, the air conditioner practically did not cool the room, the extractor hood did not work in the toilet. Contacting the hotel staff did not solve the problem. Technicians came, but the malfunctions were not eliminated. There are no complaints about the cleanliness of the room. Leaving, I pre-ordered a minibus from my building to the reception. I had to wait more than 45 minutes, constantly calling back. As a result, I almost missed the transfer. With such customer service, the hotel "pulls" at best 4+ stars.
