The sellers have become even "angrier" and "grab" every tourist))) They really know what they are doing - according to statistics, 80% of tourists who fall into the clutches of sellers still buy something in the store. But the purchases this year are small and easily fit into a small package.
Plus, the lira has depreciated against the dollar and the prices of goods and excursions in dollars have fallen significantly. So a sailboat excursion from Kemer to the three islands now costs only 10 dollars, three times cheaper than last year. There are no plane trips to Israel and Cyprus, only to Istanbul. But this is understandable - before, mostly Russians flew there.
Prices for fur coats also fell by half at least. If the price is indicated for the product in euros, then you can pay in dollars 1:1, no one recalculates at the rate.
But it seems that tourists are not very happy about this - they themselves have little money.

For the fourth year in a row, Turkey for our family is Alva Donna Hotels.
Acquainted in 2013 for the first time with Alva Donna Exclusive Hotel & SPA (Belek), since then we have been loyal tourists of Alva Donna.

The emerald in the Alva Donna hotel chain is the Alva Donna World Palace hotel in Kemer (Kirish village). The first time we visited the hotel was in 2015, when the hotel had just joined the Alva Donna hotel chain.

The place is reserved - at the foot of the mountains, coniferous forests and citrus orchards, on the very shore of the Mediterranean Sea.
A huge territory - palm trees, pine trees, a wide and long beach and ...square kilometers of white marble ...everywhere ...paths, floors, playgrounds. Walking on marble is very pleasant - it does not heat up in the sun and does not slip.

We come to Turkey for a full healthy holiday. True, on the first day, for joy, it doesn’t quite work out)))
There is a LOT of everything in the hotel: the sea, the sun (there was little rain, though - for all the time once), places on the beach, entertainment, food, fruits, ice cream, cakes, Wi-Fi (everywhere and on the beach too) ...Rest turns out to be significant and rich for both body and soul.


Long walks around and outside the hotel. Pine scent in the air. Morning swims to the buoys. The sea is especially warm and calm in the morning - you go into the sea like in tea)))

The large area of ​ ​ the hotel allows you to correctly zone the territory. There are areas for children - there are for adults, there is for silence and relaxation - there is for fun. There are for smokers - there are for non-smokers. There is a children's table, there is a diet table and there is an ordinary one. This creates convenience for tourists of all ages and categories. Many young people, many children - everyone is having fun and everyone is happy. Nobody bothers anyone.

Although there are a lot of people in the hotel.
It seems that the crisis has not affected the number of tourists in this hotel.

There are more Ukrainians and local young Turks. Turkey, like Russia, is also promoting domestic tourism this year)))

Of course, due to the crisis, the hotel carried out a forced optimization. And this is clear to everyone. But for me personally, it was invisible. Even the concert program was not affected.

We got to the concerts of Garik Krichevsky and DJ Maniak, two performances every day, live music.

The public in the hotel in my opinion is very decent. People easily make contact, speak well of the hotel. We talked to many - everyone was satisfied with the rest. Of course, there are individual "exhibits" in a T-shirt and shorts at dinner, but these are single copies.
Food 24 hours a day in the "non-stop" mode, at any time of the day or night there is a place to eat))).

I am very pissed off by reviews like - "...you won't stay hungry ... " or "...the food is not very diverse. "
I liked the words of one tourist from her review: "...we made a variety of food for ourselves - today fish, tomorrow - meat ... "


Mountains of vegetables and fruits, dozens of salads, amazingly cooked meat and fish, grilled chicken are just delicious. And with what love a cook from Azerbaijan (sorry, I didn’t remember his name) pours - sentencing his first courses, meatballs and meat on plates - this is a must see and be sure to try! Drooling is still in the queue))) There is always a queue for him ...a small one until the boiler is empty)))

The waiters are smart - they have time to serve and clean the tables and come to the table to take an order for drinks. Free seats in the restaurant were at any time of the meal. Another thing is that everyone wants to sit at their own table and not disturb, for example, a couple who is already sitting at a table for four.
But even in this case, we always found a free table - a little further from the kitchen)))

Special respect to Managing Manager Muzaffer Yilmaz. As a real commander of the ship, from the “rise” to the “lights out”, he is always in sight - he “goes round” the hotel territory on his segway. "Calm down, gentlemen, tourists - I have everything under control"))) "Test" at lunch and dinner, as befits the commander, he shoots personally - he dines with everyone in the main restaurant and from the common table.

FINDINGS.

1- I recommend this hotel and other hotels of the Alva Donna chain to all categories of tourists.
You won’t regret it, unless of course you belong to a rare category of “nudil” tourists, for whom the hotel is not 5 stars, and the sea is not blue, and the food is not varied, and there is little seafood and the tiles in the bathroom have broken off and ...many more different nonsense...
2- In Alva Donna, everything is real and natural - and a sincere attitude towards tourists and freshly squeezed juices and ice cream and whiskey in the bar))) Once again I am convinced that in Alva Donna they do not save on tourists! Even in a crisis!

These are the feelings that remain in my soul every time after a holiday in this hotel - I wish you the same!
