The sixth time in Turkey, I love this country very much, I hope to visit more than once... I choose hotels of approximately the same pricing policy-criteria: 5 stars, first line, large territory, ultra all, and reviews, of course. reviews, they give out vouchers, I found out after the purchase, I was a little upset, and the presence of a large number of compatriots did not add joy.
So, in order: the tour operator Pegasus is almost perfect, flights without delays, transfer, if they stopped imposing expensive excursions and bringing them to stores, it would be fabulous at all! , they asked for the 2-3 building on the top floor, they got a room on the first floor of the 2nd. It was their own fault, they had to thank after the fact, and not in advance. Well, okay, dampness, which I was very afraid of, did not smell. reception staff had a few more forced meetings, and these meetings, oddly enough, are the most unpleasant thing in the hotel. I won’t describe the causes and consequences yet, household trifles. I can only say the lack of a smile, a look through you, a parallel conversation on the phone. reminded the sellers of those years.
Territory, pools, slides, beach-excellent. Cleanliness. The hotel is beautiful, of course!
Room: a strange design solution (a sink near the bed), audibility is decent, but it’s normal. Cleaning is ordinary, neither better nor worse.
Restaurants, bars, service is beyond praise. Very kind waiters and bartenders, and a small but constant monetary incentive helped to feel like a VIP : ))))
The food is not bad, monotony, of course, is observed, but, personally, I lacked only better fish.
There were not many “tagil” contingents, but there were drunken, wild screams, broken dishes. Many small children, very small, crying. Moms calmly drinking wine while the baby is tearing himself, I ask you to understand that your child is only your joy and your problems, do not torment others !!!!!
In general, I am satisfied with the rest, a good hotel with minor flaws, the staff (mostly) does an excellent job.
