For 6 years of rest in Turkey, for the first time I complained to the hotel administration about the low level of service. Air conditioning did not work in the room, or in the main restaurant, or even in guest relations. Despite my repeated complaints, no one repaired the air conditioner in the room, they didn’t offer another room either, since the hotel was 100% full (in May this year the owner changed in the hotel, who decided to squeeze the maximum profit without investing a penny before the season).
Also, for the first time in 6 years in Turkey in an all-inclusive hotel, in the first half hour after the opening of the restaurant, the main dishes ended, and later, during the prescribed two hours of lunch or dinner, snacks were not delivered. Often the shelves at the opening of the restaurant were generally half empty. . Every Wednesday for dinner there was no meat at all, except for fried (stinky) beef kidneys, not even chicken! !
The staff did not wash the floor in the main restaurant at all, the slippers stood stuck to the floor, the plates were not washed well, I had to look for a cleaner plate ...

On the beach, no one followed the order, at 9 am there was not a single free sunbed, everyone was hung with towels, many were booked with towels for several days, and no one cleaned them.
