Rested with my husband for the first time in this hotel in October 2020. And before that, in September, we rested in Turkey in another hotel, so we had the opportunity to compare the conditions of rest during the COVID period in different hotels.
The rooms in the hotel are quite old - dilapidated. Some items were even broken. For example, a toilet paper holder, the telephone did not work, the air conditioner did not work, the remote control did not work well. Everywhere some cracks, chips, swollen laminate. Feeling of filth everywhere. I can't say anything about cleaning, because after cleaning the room also looked dirty.
The beach is bad in every way. The descent into the sea is dangerous - the stones are large and sharp. It's very hard to get out! You can easily get injured. There are not enough places on the beach. On the first day we could not find sunbeds. I had to go to the pool. Some people just lie on the rocks, as there are no free sunbeds.
The staff is extremely unqualified. They serve in bars and a dining room (you can’t call it a restaurant) with obvious discontent.
The animation team consists of Russian speakers from the post-Soviet republics - Turkmenistan, etc. Their attitude towards vacationers is boorish in the truest sense of the word. Vacationers are treated very badly.
