Hotel ratings by criteria:
We have just returned from a holiday - rested as a family - two adults and a child of 7 years. They came to Turkey 4 times (before they were in other hotels, also 5-star). We lived in room 4311. I would like to share my impressions. We arrived at the hotel in the morning, at the beginning of 10 o'clock. We thought that we would have to wait, and just in case they put a tip in the passport - 10 dollars. We were asked to wait a little - it turned out 20 minutes after filling out the questionnaire. Then we were given the keys and we went to the room. To say we were surprised is an understatement. The perfectly tidied room had flowers, swans made of towels with flowers, the bathroom was filled with a bath with foam and flower petals. While we were sleeping off the road, champagne, biscuits and a biscuit in the form of a heart and were brought to our room. . . a red pillow in the form of a heart with my and my husband's initials. As we found out later, Tez Tour informed the hotel that we were newlyweds (our wedding really took place on July 20.2011). We also received a letter from the general manager of the hotel with congratulations and an offer to order the first breakfast in the hotel in the room. We were VERY PLEASANT. The hotel itself impresses with a well-groomed and green area. The food is varied (seafood, a variety of fruits all the time, different meats and a lot, honey in combs, etc. ) Any drinks around the clock (as in most hotels there is a 24-hour bar, and several bars that work at different times of the day). For lunch and dinner in the main restaurant there is an additional bar, which is very convenient - you can take any drinks within walking distance from food (juices, carbonated drinks, alcohol). Children's animation is good. Special respect to Svetlana - our daughter is delighted with her. It is also cool that there are a lot of coaches on the territory with whom you can agree on individual training for the child (swimming, tennis - special thanks to the tennis coach for children - "lit" the child and us). Adult animation is unobtrusive, but varied (everyone, if desired, can find entertainment or sports to their liking). It's nice to have a gym with exercise equipment. Nowhere before have we met hotels where, as part of animation activities, they offer Turkish language lessons. In general, the rest was good. There is one moment, it is unpleasant - this is the behavior of vacationers on water slides. The slides themselves are good, all smooth, without joints (as it sometimes happens). But vacationers. . . even adults do not think about the need to withstand the time interval after the previous one who went down the hill. As a result - broken noses, chins, bruises, abrasions - and as a result - spoiled rest (thank God, this has passed us, but we have seen this several times). The proposal to the hotel is to train the employee of the slides, standing at the top, in safety rules (not to let the "train" move out) and put an additional employee at the bottom - so that everyone who has moved down the hill quickly clears the way for those who leave. And about the negative reviews. If you really find fault - you can find cons in the best hotel. In my family's opinion, this hotel is one of the best, where the staff is as client-oriented and friendly as possible, and they do everything possible to ensure the most comfortable stay for hotel guests. Thank you very much for this! Our vacation was very enjoyable!
