I decided to write all the same about the hotels I had to visit. I had a chance to visit Amara back in 2011 and against the background of other hotels in which I rested after that, it remains firmly in the first positions. Looking at the current photos, the hotel added some buildings behind the pools, which added more appeal to its style (before that there was just a road that led from the main building to the buildings near the courts).
Although a lot of time has passed since the visit, I doubt that the hotel could “go bad”. The food was a solid 5, the red fish really quickly snapped up and they didn’t replenish it, but this is such a thing... meat and other fish dishes were always in abundance (I regret that I didn’t go to the fish restaurant on the mountain, already when they left on the bus they praised him). If the halls have not been rebuilt in the main restaurant (there are 3 halls in different styles), I don’t recommend sitting in a modern one (I think it was called that) with bright chairs, which in essence look original, but in fact are not comfortable, it’s better to go through the halls to the street, there are enough places.
They lived in a building that had a balcony directly onto the courts, they didn’t really interfere, 2-3 people worked on them only in the morning and then not every day. Of the minor minuses, you can also add that the bar located by the pool clearly lacked a couple of bartenders, the queue was periodically collected, but I think this problem has already been corrected in such a time.

Advice on who will go to the village for shopping - local sellers like to ask which hotel you are from, thereby adjusting the price of their goods, such an approach to the buyer was met only in Tekirova.
A couple of years after returning, we watch TV and in “Nasha Russia” (Tagil !!! ) we understand that the shooting of the program was carried out precisely in Amara, it’s fun to watch and remember.
We didn’t go to the water park (it’s a little hidden on the territory of the hotel), we saw from the photo that the slides there are not very high and didn’t even bother looking for it. The zoo is located in a far corner of the hotel, by the way, the cries of peacocks in the mornings strained, there were not very many living creatures, I didn’t find it in my photos, but I remember there were also horses. At least the kids have enough to look at and feed.
I recommend the hotel for those who like a quiet, relaxing holiday.
