Stayed with family in this hotel. We booked a vacation through the travel agency TUI. We booked a Delux Family Junior room with two rooms in the main building of Venice. I'll start with the arrival at the hotel. We arrived at 16:00 and waited another hour for check-in until they made the key.
The staff is Russian-speaking, boorish, treated condescendingly. Then they brought Caprio to another old building, unloaded the bag and, in gratitude to the guy, he said: "many, many" and looked, they are used here that they are paid everything, they also openly demand money, otherwise you will have a dirty number, the suitcase will NOT be delivered , the mini bar will not be replenished, towels will not be given, etc.
So, back, they took us to a cheap room that we didn't book, old, rubbish, smelly, dark, with a broken lamp and fungus in the bathroom. When we returned to the reception, they said that they did not have a reservation for rooms, everything happens on the spot, that all the tour operators are bred for money, but they have nothing to do with it. Our expensive booked room and a lot of money spent on it went straight to the wind. In response to our indignation that we would not live in this terrible room that they put us heavily, they said that at best we would settle in a cheap double room in the main building of Venice. Only this is far from what we paid a lot of money for, this is a double flour for our family for a lot of indignation on our part, all they could say is that you choose either to live in a terrible dark room or a standard double modern, so everyone else numbers are busy. We decided both with the TUI tour operator and with the hotel, the result is 0, know that you will be divorced for a lot of money in this hotel, depending on the season, when the season is high, they carry out big frauds with numbers and extortion of money.

This is our experience, maybe it will be useful for you, we are very unhappy with this hotel and will never come back here, be careful with this.
