To begin with, the choice of a hotel for the New Year fell on Amara Dolce Vita not by chance: we love and constantly rest in Amara Wing Resort (several times a year), including being there for the last New Year. And then we wanted something more chic... it's clear that everyone expects from Dolce Vita, as the declared Luxury, even better rest, pomposity, respectful service, as well as extraordinary solemnity on New Year's Eve itself. Oh how we were all disappointed. . .
So, from the very beginning. . .
We flew by Turkish post office, everything is fine here, without delay, quickly and efficiently, as always.
The transfer to the hotel also did not take much time and did not cause us any trouble. I will dwell on the fact that two of our friends did not want to go with us to Dolce Vita, and also, like last year, went to Ving, which is why we all now (+ many hotel guests who also this year changed their hotel from Ving to Dolce Vito) we are very jealous of them...

The first thing that angered us a little upon arrival was that they wanted to settle us in absolutely the wrong room (according to the words that this is the same thing... perhaps, but obviously not for the winter month... but we overpaid on purpose so that live in the Venice building), which was originally announced... but I know this hotel well (I visited it for the first time in 2008), so it was immediately decided to challenge our settlement. Fortunately, this time we came across another receptionist (a young man, unfortunately, I did not remember his name, who does not speak Russian at all, but speaks excellent English). Thank you very much. . . !! ! It only took us 5 minutes to move us right away. . . )) and now, finally, after 30 minutes we are in our room in the Venice building with a gorgeous view of the sea. . . that's where all the pluses end : ) By the way, no there is no compliment in the room either... well, if we were in this network for the first time or I was in this hotel for the first time... our friends, for example, were only in Dolce Vita in November (by the way, they noticed that in November everyone was much better), so they didn’t put a compliment in the room...
Territory. Of course, it is difficult to appreciate all the beauty of the territory in the winter, so I do not want to dwell on this.
Nutrition. That's where the horror really is... During the entire stay at the hotel, we were so fed up with food that it was just a nightmare. The most amazing choice of meat is solid chicken... I remember sitting at dinner once, discussing the hotel's cuisine, someone laughingly says: "Rejoice, we haven't had chicken shawarma yet. " We come in the evening for dinner - chicken shawarma....And this is in a Luxury hotel . . ?????? ? Are you laughing. . ?? ? If you remember the cuisine of Amara Wing - quail, duck, shrimp, lamb... and much more... and all in several forms... and there is a choice of jam for breakfast (I'm talking about Amara Wing)... probably 10 options... and here 2 or 3... in short, the savings are terrible... it seems that the money spent was not spent for the declared category of the hotel, but for nothing... Even take, for example, freshly squeezed juices... only two types... !!!! ! Well, it's just not included in any framework... why such money is paid, I want to ask !!!????
I can say for sure that the cuisine this year in Vinge was just as excellent as in the past... fortunately there is someone to confirm... but Dolce Vita showed herself here only at 3 *, which is trying to jump to 4+...

The drinks. Also wow.... !! ! Everything that should be free, such as in Wing, is here for money... What do you mean by this . . ? ? Like, if you could pay that kind of money to come, then pay for this too. . ??? ? Of course, I understand... after "Tagil rules", when you can get drunk for free with what they give, it doesn't matter what the price of the next drink will be... (sorry for my Russian, but emotions are still through edge). . . would you like me to give an example. . . yes please. . . in our company there are gourmet gold tequila with orange. . . well, there is only silver here. . . gold for $. . . and about 6 -8$ per stack. . . fuck you. . . at least you compared what you have in your other hotels. For some reason, by category, they are considered a class lower, but the drinks there are more elite and free...
New year's night. Well... this is generally a separate conversation... I do not argue, music is the norm... but everything else... food is not discussed at all, horror... service is below everything... moreover. that you can’t wait until they come to you to order a drink, then you wait for 30 minutes... and after 12 (Turkish New Year) in general, all the glasses and dishes began to be removed... it seems that they want to get rid of the guests faster... when we said (there was a couple from Germany among us) that where you are taking everything, there is also a German NG... we were asked so surprised: "What are you going to drink more"... no, f**, just like that we’re sitting here... we had to go dancing separately: some guard glasses of champagne, and bought in Dutik, since we don’t particularly like them so that the waiters don’t drag them away, while others dance... and alternated all night... and not it was important for them whether the glass was full or empty. . . they took away anyone. . . about fireworks, bonfires and so on (we really hoped that the program would be at least a little similar to Wing. . . of course we thought it would be better, but when the first days they saw the hotel, Pts believed that at least the same... nope . . not fate). The food was also terrible... it was very unclear what we paid money for... : (
A special conversation with some waiters... especially in the lobby... boorish service... you have been sitting for, for example, 30 minutes... a girl passes by, you turn to her with the question "Forgive me, can I please you", and in you hear the answer "What do you need ?? "... "actually, place an order"... wait ". . . And do you think this is normal ??? ? Or when you are standing, a girl still passes by, suddenly abruptly breaks down to you and starts touching and feeling everything... she admires the outfit so much... fortunately, she didn’t ask to try on...
I don’t know, we usually always have positive emotions from a hotel, a vacation... I don’t argue, everywhere there are minuses and shortcomings... but you must admit that the higher the class of the hotel, the less you expect this... !!!!

But from all of us vacationers (and believe me, there were many dissatisfied like us) - we are unlikely to go again to Amara Dolce Vita (it’s not worth the money, oh, it’s not worth it)... it’s better to Amara Wing. . . !!!
And I suggest that the management think: did you really feel so sorry for investing $ for the New Year's celebration . . ? ? Do you really not value your vacationers so much . . ??? ? You should be ashamed. . . Your hotel has clearly shown itself to be not a luxury hotel. . !!!! !
