On the site http://www. tez-tour. com/ I read that "the travel portal www. zvezdatravell. ru noted Amara Dolce Vita Luxury as the hotel with the best level of service in the Mediterranean. Recommended for VIP tourists, family vacations, as well as for people who value quality. " Typical "order"
The hotel is positioned as LUXURY - I think that this word should be removed from the name, and here's why ...

Stayed at the hotel from 22.09. 12-6.10. 12. (2 weeks)
3 adults and a baby (8 months old). Great location and area. I recommend that you definitely take shoes with you to enter the sea (we swam from the pier, and some people came from the shore and injured their legs) as well as mosquito and bedbug repellent (we didn’t have it, but some people complained).

We lived in a Deluxe Triple Room (2 rooms 63 meters) with a sea view, cost $ 9500. We arrived at 8 pm. Upon arrival, the room was cleaned terribly, the tiles were dirty, shreds of dust hung from the chandeliers and floor lamps, the sink in the toilet was clogged, they scooped water into the toilet with a glass.
some electrical outlets were torn out with meat. We drew the attention of the reception staff to all this and asked to change the room, they said that there were no rooms and promised to fix it all in the morning. The child often coughed at night because of the dust in the room. 23.09. 12 was made cosmetic cleaning in the room. After repeated calls to the reception, the next day the general cleaning of the room was done. The sockets were screwed on the 12th day (2 days before our departure)
Internet does not work in the rooms (in some rooms only in the toilet)
With us rested friends who lived in Amara Dolce Vita 3-4 times, and were very satisfied earlier after this trip, they said they would not come again.
We forgot things in the lobby a couple of times and couldn't find them. The service staff is very motley from impudently boorish to very welcoming and friendly - there are much fewer of them). Many thanks to receptionists Arina and Mikhail, Guest Relation employee Pavle and bartender on Kadyru beach.
The food is decent, but not LUXURY. If you are traveling with babies, then be sure to take mixtures and cereals with you (there is not in the hotel) if you forget, in Tekirov (5 min drive) you can buy everything at the pharmacy (you will be helped to translate the instructions to the reception desk.
If you close your eyes to all of the above (for 2 weeks I spent about 5-6 hours at the reception, then the rest was not bad)
If the hotel does not change anything, but only suck out $ in 1-2 years, there will be much less suckers.
Sincerely, Alexander.
