Personally, I liked the hotel. The optimal combination of price and quality. But due to the end of the season, the hotel was slowly "curtailing" - every day something was cleaned, canceled... But I'll start in order.
She flew on a flight from Dnepropetrovsk, the airline "Rose of the Winds". The plane is good, the food is normal. We were pleased with lunch boxes in a new design, with a compartment for hot (otherwise there is always nowhere to put it! ). The transfer took about two hours, but driving through the picturesque area of Kemer is not at all tiring. TezTour - as always, on top. The first time they did not sell excursions - cheers!
They placed me quickly, presented a chocolate bar, and after some 15 minutes they gave me a small but very cozy room 318 with a direct view of the sea and the hotel grounds. I was afraid that they would not give numbers from 1 to 10 - the very ones whose doors "look" at the disco of the neighboring Phaselis Rose, and where it is impossible to sleep at night, since the audibility of the disco is 100% - there are no glasses in the corridor, he's "blown out". Standard rooms are designed for two, families with children should choose "family", as there is no place at all for a third bed in the room. In the mini-bar, a 1.5-liter bottle of water, if you have drunk less than half, put a new one. Cleaned in the room normally, although to be honest, I did not breed dirt, so it is difficult to judge the quality of cleaning. The linen and towels are white, clean, although some are a little shabby - from frequent washing. Safe with key, $2/day, but I didn't rent. Everything in the room worked. A big plus - electronic key cards, flat and fit in any pocket. Large balcony. Minus - not very good lighting in the room. However, this is the "trouble" of the entire hotel. In the evenings, the lighting both inside the hotel and on the territory is minimal, and the steps leading to the beach are not lit at all. Be careful.

I will briefly describe the pros and cons of the hotel that I noticed. I think most of the minuses are connected precisely with the end of the season (I chose the hotel based on reviews, but for all previous years there were only summer reviews, when the hotel is in full operation, and there are no "autumn" reviews).
So the pros:
1. Everywhere is clean, well-groomed territory, almost all rooms have direct or side sea views.
2. Friendly, smiling staff, always ready to help or suggest something. The bartender Yunus and the waiter Mustafa (gray-haired, with wide black eyebrows) deserve special thanks. Guys, you are great!! ! In general, the entire staff of the restaurant works quickly, deftly and without tips. If you give, they are happy, but even without a tip, the service is excellent. The same can be said in principle about the entire staff of the hotel. But for those tourists who are rude, scandalous, "shake rights" not on business or "bend their fingers" - the attitude is appropriate, at least coax with a tip. So be friendly and positive - you will be rewarded a hundredfold.
3. In a Turkish pavilion, my grandmother made delicious gozleme - spring rolls. But it was also cut towards the end of the season.
4. Delicious, varied food for the four - in Turkey for the 15th time, there is something to compare. From meat there was chicken in different variations, turkey, sometimes beef. Fried mackerel was so-so - bitter and as if fried in "old" oil. There was a grill, but it was canceled due to rain, and then the cooks were completely reduced. The breakfast had very tasty croissants. A variety of vegetables and salads - no one was poisoned even once. Of the fruits there were oranges, melons, apples, grapes for dinner - everything was delicious. Gorgeous sweet table. In general, without any frills, but you will not stay hungry. For those who "have nothing to eat" (there were some! ) my answer - across the hotel from Ambiente is the already famous Amara Dolce Vita. Here there are lobsters, and squids, and 50 types of cheese alone (I know firsthand, my mother rested there two years ago). But the price is five times more.
5. The hotel is located on the first line, everything on the territory is compact and very well thought out. Well-groomed beautiful greenery on the sides of the territory.

6. There are enough umbrellas and sun loungers for everyone, they were even on the pier (they were removed later). Maybe in the season you need to take hours of commercials at five in the morning, but during my vacation (October 6-20) there was enough for everyone. You can bring a mattress from a lounger to the pier and sunbathe, no one will say a word.
7. Gorgeous azure warm sea, the entrance is small pebbles, there are no cobblestones, as in Beldibi. The presence of a cool wooden pier, from which you can jump or just go down. Flocks of fish live under the pier, vacationers feed them bread - you must see this battle for food, when dozens of fish spins fly out of the water! : )
8. General cozy and calm atmosphere.
9. Not far from the hotel there are shops and cafes, where you can take a walk in the evening.
Now for the cons. They are few, but there are.
1. The most important disadvantage is the almost COMPLETE LACK OF DAY ANIMATION! In the "summer" reviews about the animation, a lot of enthusiasm. Maybe in the summer they tried, but in October they are only "present" on the territory. Water gymnastics and morning exercises were not carried out every day, and they do not bother going to the beach and announcing the start of the activity. The tourist himself must keep track of time and come to the beginning - I think this is wrong. There was a kids club, boccia and volleyball, sometimes darts. Everything. I didn’t go to evening shows, I watched from the balcony. Shows are dirty and stupid. I don’t argue, there should be “peppercorn”, but when there is too much “pepper”... Bingo or karaoke evenings were often arranged, at which young people drunk in the trash yelled songs in bad voices. In a word, animation is about nothing.
2. The fatigue of the staff is visible. Clearly, the end of the season, but still... If you are all so tired - close earlier.
3. Sticky bath attendants and "skin" - well, it's everywhere. But if you don’t buy a massage-peeling-bath from a hamamist, he lags behind. If you don’t buy anything from the “leather” Roma or don’t go with him to the “leather factory”, you become his personal enemy. Hamit at every meeting.
4. Too chlorinated water in the pool - the skin stinks after it, you have to go to the shower.
5. There are no packaged juices - well, I'm already picking on this : )

In general, the rest was a success, and I wish you the same. There will be questions - ask, I will answer with pleasure.
