Stayed with my wife for 5 full days. We flew in, arrived at the hotel and the first phrase was - "well, that's only 5 days. " The animation is just awful loud! We went to dinner - the people are wild, there are not enough places, people are running around, grabbing everything that comes to hand, motivating by the fact that there is not enough for everyone. It was terrible. They asked where the ECO rooms are in reality, when booking on the Travelata website, the manager said that this is the first floor, the manager at the reception said briefly - "it's in the basement, as you will see, run away yourself"! We went, looked, thought about how to return home today! A really small room with a small window near the ceiling, in the basement of a hammam, and therefore high humidity, most likely only Harry Potter can survive with the condition of using the gillweed. We went to the manager to agree on an additional payment, to check into a standard room, but this was not required, since we were told that despite this particular hotel indicated in the voucher, we would be accommodated in a hotel of the same CLUB FONTANA LIFE chain. The territory of this hotel is much larger in area and therefore much quieter. For this I would like to thank the host, but only for this. Further points:
- animation - we ourselves did not take part, but the guys give their best, they are very active and positive and try to amuse the guests (exercises, darts, aqua aerobics, competitions, evening programs). Guys respect and success.
- room - in the bathroom there is mold on the shower cabin, leakage of the toilet bowl or shower cabin and water is constantly standing, the balcony is cracked at the junctions, but it's not scary, it's not far to fly, only the 2nd floor under the balcony is overgrown with aloe, you will get some kind of treatment!
- room cleaning - as I noticed, only money or chocolate is removed, depending on who leaves what! The maximum will fix the bedspread and take out the garbage. For 5 days no change of linen, no towels. We return from lunch, cleaning managers are sitting on the stairs and drinking tea, the room is not cleaned!! ! They hung up a do not disturb sign, decided to sleep for an hour, after 20 minutes the door swings open. It’s good that the hotel management made information signs, but if they teach the staff to understand the prices, they won’t be at all!
- a bar - a smiling and positive Erdogan works everywhere (if I correctly parsed his name). There is no claim to him, claims to the hotel management, which allows him to give out no more than 2 glasses in one hand. He came with a family, for example, of 3 people, put the child to take a table, stood in line at the bar, a person asks for 2 beers and a glass of cola (I saw this situation personally), he can only get 2 glasses to choose from and then, stand in line again and get . As a result, he took a glass of beer to his wife + coke to the child and with the words "left without beer", went to the dining room. And I really understand that this is insanity !! ! I'm also not really ready to stand in the sun for a second time in line for a beer.

- dining room - if the check-in is large, then it can be strained with places. I read many articles that Turkey is starting to deal with leftover food, this hotel most likely misunderstood the task and decided - "no food - no waste"! Visually, the food seems to be there, but !!! ! There is cucumber, there is cucumber in yogurt sauce, there is tomato, there is tomato in spices, there is cucumber with tomato, there is onion, there is fresh cabbage, there is cabbage in yogurt sauce. From meat, only chicken, and in reality the guys proved that chicken can be spoiled. As a result, my breakfast consisted of a lot of tasteless waffles with coffee, for lunch and dinner, or rice with sweets or pasta with sweets. Most of the dishes are unrealistically spicy, thanks for the cakes without pepper!
- beach - sunbeds and awnings. At the reception they say that there are not enough mattresses for all the sunbeds, but in reality this means that there are no mattresses in Anita and you can steal from neighboring hotels. Sometimes it worked out, but representatives of neighboring hotels began to be on duty on the beach and took back the mattresses, advising them to contact the reception of their hotel with questions about why there are no mattresses at the Anita hotel !!!
- swimming pool - everything seemed to be normal, the main thing is that there was a place under the awning.
- guides - I really understand that their work is most likely not the sweetest, but let's put everything in order:
* to say that they understand that the hotel does not pull on 4 stars, that they do not know that they promised you there in Moscow that they will try, but they do not promise with my TZ. not very correct! Most of all, I was dumbfounded by the phrase at a general meeting with the guide, when he advertised his expensive tours - "in the evening we return to the hotel for dinner, although it is such that it is better not to return"! What was it? ? I don't need "my shirt-guy"!
* using the mirroring technique in an attempt to resolve conflict is not the best strategy. Our light was constantly flashing and one evening the light in the bathroom disappeared, we were washing with a flashlight. In the morning they reported the problem, promised to fix it. At lunch they asked again, at 16 o'clock again. At 17-30 they tried to ask through the representative of Intourist and then our dialogue:
- We don't have light in the bathroom!
- you have no light in the bathroom!
- yes, we have no light in the bathroom!
- you have no light in the bathroom!
- We have already contacted the administration several times!
- You have already contacted the administration several times!
- can now you turn with us to the administration!
- Perhaps let's turn together with you to the administration.

I have only one explanation for this dialogue - a person simply works out his pronunciation with a native speaker! An hour later I’m going from the sea to check if the situation has been corrected, at the entrance to the hotel this representative of Intourist meets me with a question whether the situation has been corrected, I said that this is exactly what I’m going to check and now I’ll be back and let you know. As you can see, the light does not work!! ! I return to the meeting place, but our hero is not there, guessing that he most likely hid in the main hotel, I go there and naturally find him there. Together we go again to the reception, I politely promise to call the country's Ministry of Tourism, ask for help from the Turkish Ministry of Emergency Situations, if there is one, ask for help in changing the light bulb from the Turkish Ministry of Energy, etc. etc. The representative of Intourist listens to my monologue with sadness in his eyes. As I understand it, they have no influence on this hotel, even though it is their flagship hotel. Their task is to convince the tourist that it could be worse!
* as far as I understand, representatives of Intourist have two main tasks - to sell the excursion and constantly monitor the situation in the smartphone for dangers lurking tourists, suddenly the wind changes! They are constantly on their smartphones and try not to make eye contact with angry tourists.
Separately, I will say that I bought a last-minute tour and flew for 5 full days together for 24.800 rubles. Despite all the adventure, it's very affordable! The review was written specifically for those who will consider this hotel for significantly more money, and not in order to express dissatisfaction.
