This hotel was with the most attractive price, so we decided to stay in it because of our inexperience. Who knew that 3 * in Turkey is just a rooming house, where the service is not even worth waiting for, although there was hope (in vain).
The room was a double bed and 1 meter of space around it. In the bathroom, the light bulb was not on and the lock was broken, the bed linen was torn with yellow spots. Upon check-in, they gave out 1 towel each, which for 7 nights was not changed even once! Bed linen, of course, also did not change. The room was not cleaned at all, once only the garbage was taken out. The bathroom was very dirty. When you take a shower, water pours directly on the floor, under the toilet bowl and spreads throughout the bathroom, the drain on the floor was clogged and water accumulated up to the ankles. By the way, there is no hot water in this hotel. There are solar panels on the roof that heat the water, and as soon as evening came, ice-cold water came out of the tap. Shampoo and toilet paper were not replaced in the room, we had to beg at the reception, on which, by the way, 100% cattle sit, especially the guy in the pink T-shirt - a rare scum, he loved to show his character. At the request to change our room, he first tried to convince us that all the rooms in the hotel were the same, after a couple of minutes of argument he said that there were no available rooms. Then we decided to change the hotel, contacted the guide from the tez tour, he promised to resolve the issue and disappeared, we did not see or hear him again, his name was Dmitry.
As for food: Personally, there are no complaints about the chefs, smiling guys, they just do their job. But the menu is monotonous, on the 3rd day I just didn’t want to go, either for lunch or dinner, because the menu was the same every day: pakhlebka soup (lentil or rice), soy meat sticks, 2 times they gave chopped chicken with bones , once grilled fish (small, a little larger than a sprat), rice, barley porridge and 5 types of salads, which include cucumbers and tomatoes in different variations. Watermelon was ok. Often for dinner they gave something that was not eaten for lunch. There were no fruits at all. There were no desserts at all. Beer from the bar is paid! From alcohol: vodka, gin, wine. On the first day I tried it, on the second I did not get out of the toilet. And I didn’t even get drunk, the bodyaga is tasteless.

The hotel does not have its own beach. Every day a bus comes and takes you to a private beach for $1. Walk to the beach to go 1.5 km.
Wi-fi in the hotel is paid, it costs $ 8 for 7 days for 1 device. We did not take it on principle, people said that the signal is very weak and does not catch in the room.
Conclusion: the Ares Hotel Kemer 3 * is the worst hotel in my life, it feels like a murdered hostel. The service in this hotel is simply non-existent. There is a rude person at the reception. Food is not 3ku. The only plus is that we didn’t get stuck in the room, left immediately after breakfast and returned late at night, visited many interesting places and excursions in the city.
This hotel will turn your holiday into hard labor! Would not recommend to anyone, even for free!
