01/30/2011 returned from this 7-day nightmare at night! "Rested" there with a minor daughter. bought a last-minute ticket the day before departure, after the tour operator (Sunrise) swore that the hotel is safe, corresponds to the description, the guide will be at the hotel and will provide all kinds of assistance, the beach is 300 meters away. In fact, it turned out that this was not even a hotel, but a hostel for local workers (out of season they are settled there, like in a hostel).
ROOMS: in a terrible state, the furniture is old and broken. Air conditioners are 20 years old, they work weakly and intermittently. The balcony doors and windows in the rooms are dry and either do not open or close, the rooms are teeming with insects, apparently local cockroaches run around the bed and pillows - my daughter refused to spend the night in such horror, the linen is very dirty (see photo) Wiring sticks out of the walls ( see photo). Ali, the porter, personally gave me a room with BARE wires from the kondeya and said that I would connect the wires MYSELF! After my refusal turned our stay in the hotel into hell!
POOL: dirty, like everything in this hotel. You can’t swim in the morning, as the staff gets up late and only at 8 in the morning begins to pour chemicals into it, respectively, you have to wait at least two hours or at your own peril and risk getting into chemicals. At the time of my presence, the entire hotel accounted for 26 (! ) sun loungers and five umbrellas. No change of towels, bring your own.

FOOD: disgusting! ITS very little. Breakfast is a green sausage, small pieces of cheese, jam and hot unpeeled eggs (other vacationers have already written about them). Of the 7 days, tea was only three days. At lunch and dinner were twice, then ate in the city. But the worst thing is WATER, which stinks and is poured from open bottles intended for the cooler, but is poured simply from a hose. Soon, fresh water is poured simply from the tap. The dishes are all (! ) Broken. Dirty and unhygienic! ( see photo). I saw how many tourists buy their food in stores and just eat at the hotel tables. Since there are no refrigerators, trips to the store must be done every day.
STAFF: this is the worst thing in the hotel! Night porter Ali is rude and unrestrained, especially with women. Obzyvet, not embarrassed by expressions, waves his hands and says that he should not help us (they asked us to remove the insect from the room). Men are not rude, apparently afraid of getting a rebuff. GIRLS, be careful with him, he is capable of completely inadequate actions, dangerous and vindictive, capable of doing harm, especially since he is in his own country!
Waiters, they are also floor cleaners, porters, pool cleaners and all this happens at the same time, i. e. they hold a dirty mop and then, not with my hands, they can go to lay out cutlery, they are lazy, boorish. They pester guests, they climb to sort things out. In their free time, they have fun by taking pictures of guests on a mobile phone, including girls leaving the pool!
BEACH: this is not 300 meters declared by the tour operator, at least 700 in the heat without shade. In my opinion, a minibus carries three times a day. We went to this beach once on the first day, and that was enough. The minibus is without air conditioning and is clogged in a way that does not happen even at rush hour in the subway! People hang over each other, push and fall. Nightmare! On the beach, the entrance fee is 1 dollar, but the funny thing is that you can’t go there with your own water, they just might not let you in, and you have to buy a 0.5 liter bottle for $ 2 (it costs 50 cents in stores). The hotel knows about this and believes that this is normal and this is with the so-called "ALL INCLUSIVE"! Those. be prepared to pay an average of $ 8 per person for the beach per day if you come there in the morning and after lunch ( $ 2 entry + 3 bottles of water at 0.5 each).

TARYK - HOTEL GUIDE "Sunrise": he almost never visits the hotel, he only comes to sell excursions. He does not solve problems, he despises tourists, he says that this is the hotel of his friends, and we, Russians, should know our place, especially women. He threatened to deprive me of the transfer and FORBIDDEN (! ) to communicate with compatriots and take pictures of the hotel, saying that by doing this I was violating the laws of Turkey. I went to the police, it all turned out to be a lie, I did not break any laws, it was he who simply intimidated me so that I would be silent. They didn’t move to another hotel, because I refused to sign a paper that I had no claims against them. He mocked me and my daughter, brought me to tears and laughed. He sent false reports to the tour operator and threatened us.
SUMMARY: NEVER, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES visit this hotel. I could not leave it, because. was with a child, but tourists run away from it. One girl went straight to the street with a suitcase and spent the night on the benches of a street tour desk. Neither the guide nor the hotel made any attempt to find the missing tourist. We tried not to visit the hotel and eat at a minimum, left early, returned late. They used the pool once, the hotel beach once, the rest of the time they had to be in the city in the heat.
There are a lot of dissatisfied people in the hotel, girls sometimes cry on arrival, just not everyone leaves reviews.
Trust me, there are many other places where you can relax and even do it for the same not high price. Take care of yourself, your nerves and your loved ones! Here women are offended, children are bullied and Russians in general are treated with contempt!
Let's boycott places like ARES and then maybe they will start to appreciate our tourists!
If you doubt my words, then be sure to look at my photos. Of course, the rudeness of the staff on them is not possible to convey, but unsanitary conditions on the face.
