Shabby walls, tired furniture, terrible, old plumbing. But the last straw was the situation on the day of departure. Wi-fi in the hotel is paid. Well, what to do, without the Internet in our time in any way, they took it. We asked in advance whether there would be internet throughout the hotel, they said throughout. As a result, the Internet worked only at the reception and in the lobby bar and nowhere else. Those. There was no internet in the room, by the pool, anywhere. Of course, we went to complain, at the reception they told us that they would recalculate when leaving, and make a discount. Well, we think ok. However, when checking out, the same hotel employee (who promised to count) said that there was nothing to be done, you need to pay. Thus, they promise to provide a service (Internet throughout the hotel) and in fact do not provide, but you must pay.
