Good afternoon! All that you are told in the agency that the owner has changed and the hotel has become better is complete nonsense !!! ! The hotel is HORRIBLE. Firstly, when buying a ticket for 3 (a small child 2.7 years old) in the travel agency "Let's go with us" we were told about the excellent Economy rooms, that they are similar to the standards, but only without a balcony. This is a lie!!! ! These are rooms under the open restaurant, at the beginning we thought that these were service rooms. staff, but no it turned out to be our rooms. They are all moldy, dirty and stink terribly. And every 2 tourists were settled in them. To change the number we had to pay extra 70 USD. e. How was it even possible to offer this number to a couple with a small child?????? ? or even vacationers - it's a shame and disgrace! No one lived in these rooms, everything was immediately changed. Perhaps it was a deliberate move by the hotel. On the 4th-5th day of our stay, renovations began in these rooms, it was so dirty there, I can’t even convey it! I only caught internet in the lobby bar and it was so weak that even messages were sent every other time, we can safely say that it was absent. Second - the food is not tasty, everything was cold when the restaurant opened. Thirdly: the animation programs SUCK, they were not heard until the evening. We only saw them in the restaurant for food. The guide is not particularly friendly, since we did not buy tours from him, resting 15-20 times in Turkey, we managed to travel to EVERYTHING. We rented a car, electric mopeds and rode ourselves. We were delighted by the extraordinary nature of this area. If you choose a hotel, think before you go to this hotel! And for comparison, last year we rested at the Flamingo Hotel, Marmaris - a wonderful little hotel, I would return to it. TO KAPLAN - NO, not even for money!
