FLIGHT delays were in Boryspil. We were placed in a bungalow near the playground, it was a nightmare, if you are placed in room A + number, immediately protest. There are aging rooms with terrible conditions. The next morning we went to the reception and without any problems after 10 in the morning we changed the room to the main building. The boy very politely, without question, gave the key, sent us to look at another room and, after our approval, moved us to the main building. The best and newest rooms in Anex, I advise you to stay there.

In the ROOM, check everything at once, there are often breakdowns or something is not there, the air conditioner did not work in our room (the smiling master immediately came and repaired it in 15 minutes), later it turned out that the bathroom-shower was leaking and water was collecting in the corner all the time. This did not bother us very much, they did not want to waste time on resettlement, etc. There are no shower accessories, take shower gel, shampoo and everything else with you. At the end of our stay, they brought shower caps and gel, soap and towels were always there. In any case, everything can be POLITELY asked at the reception. Cleaning is bad, there is almost none, so we did not leave a tip, for what? Water is replenished regularly, everything else in the bar is free only for the first time.
 The TERRITORY is beautiful, large, green and well-groomed. There are places to walk, everywhere pine trees, orange trees and a bunch of other greenery, lawns, bushes, palm trees, grass. All in all, great. There is a quiet park, there is a park near the playground with swings, we slept on them at lunchtime. Otherwise, a feeling of strong dilapidation. Half of the umbrellas don't work, the elevators are constantly buggy, people stand in line for the elevator for 5 minutes, walk up the stairs , there are a lot of breakdowns everywhere. It can be seen that once it was a wonderful hotel, now it is clear that money is not being invested. You will understand what I mean when you get here.
 FOOD is normal, there is enough of everything, there is a variety, of course, tourists from the CIS eat meat, so there can be small queues for meat, often people stand stupidly and wait for the next delivery of meat, you won’t go to other dishes - they won’t give it in general, our tourists they often behave disgustingly at dinner, collect mountains of food for themselves and their neighbors on the table, arrange a personal buffet, then half of it is not eaten, the feeling that people have not seen food for years it’s just a shame to understand that these are your compatriots. You will definitely not be hungry, there are snacks, delicious gozleme cakes with ayran, potatoes, etc. The last few days we didn't even go to lunch. Drinks - no juices - UPI. In general, the drinks are of poor quality and all diluted. Good red wine, beer, quenches thirst. In the evenings, choose a alcoholic drink at the bar and ask to mix less non-alcoholic. In general, politeness and a smile work wonders.
 ENTERTAINMENT Well done animators, there is always something to do, there will be something for sure. We are seals, so we didn’t participate in anything, they didn’t touch us, since I went to water aerobics, I liked it. The BEACH is really small, but we always had enough places, we sunbathed after 3-4, there is heavenly temperature - nirvana &; , the beach is pebbly, take special slippers. Turks are constantly walking, offering trips, a banana, a parachute, etc. In general, they are all cheaper.
