Rested with my husband in the period 19-27.05. 2012.
Pros:
Nutrition. Food has never been a cult for us, but this hotel has excellent cuisine, everything was very tasty. We ate vegetable dishes, fish, grilled meat, sweets. Fruit was enough: apples (you could take with you to the beach), oranges, grapefruits, apricots.
Good animators, entertained as best they could, aerobics, darts, evening programs, took on disco tours to nightclubs in Kemer.
Minuses:
Beach - the road to the beach through the backyards of other hotels, walk about 8 minutes at a walking pace, the entrance to the sea is on very large pebbles, umbrellas look like hats of toadstools, there are no tables or hooks, constant obsessive offers of a parachute, boats, yacht trips, leather shop, etc. The beach is designed for three hotels - sunbed to sunbed, shoulder to shoulder, there is nowhere for an apple to fall.
Service - a room with a carpet on the floor for 9 days was not vacuumed even once.
For the first time I see drinks spilled near the pool and on the beach, not in plastic reusable cups, but in disposable cups, which then scatter around the bar and along the paths from the wind.
Unwashed cups, glasses, plates in the main restaurant and in the lobby bar - this is a terrible sight!
Lack of at least packaged juices. From non-alcoholic drinks only Sprite, Pepsi, Yupi, tea, coffee.
Bartenders do not know how to make cocktails and / or do not want to and / or from nothing. Gin and tonic, rum cola, that's all they can do.
Baileys, martini, whiskey (local production) were poured only in the lobby bar near the reception.
