It is difficult to compare a five-star hotel with a five-star hotel, as it turns out, if, for example, you take the Botanik Hotel in Alanya, then this is a five-star hotel and it is beyond praise, although it’s just all, if we talk objectively about Barut, then the hotel as a whole is not bad, especially if you live on the ground floor overlooking the pool, and it is also overlooking the sea, then you are just in luck! The food is not even bad, but not as varied as some reviews say. I often see in the reviews the phrase “we’re not going to the room, we’re not going to overeat”, but excuse me, then you can go to the Sea of u200bu200bAzov in the barn, and if you go to 5 stars and pay accordingly, then the food should be five stars, especially if with children or problems, for example, with the stomach. And when they start preparing a barbecue for lunch in the afternoon, you can just suffocate, there is an unbearable stench throughout the hotel !!! ! And so every day. In short, the food is not bad, but it can be better. Rooms are good, spacious enough. Mini bar, safe, everything is in order, but the cleaning in the rooms is bad, at the beginning of the check-in they threw a piece of paper in the bathroom on the floor, it lay there until the end of the trip. I am glad that there are bathrobes and slippers in the rooms, which you will not always find in other hotels, as well as a quite decent set of hygiene items, up to a nail file, which I have not seen anywhere else. The staff and animation are very good, they have a great attitude towards Russian-speaking tourists. The animation is excellent for both children and adults. The beach is average, rusty pontoons without a bottom.
But, by the way, it’s nice that the hotel is small, so there is no flea market and everything is at hand, I used to think that a small hotel is a minus, now I realized that it’s a big plus, there is enough space for everyone and there is no crowd, but you manage to make friends with everyone. Hotel guides are terrible, especially Shaik, it's true that they don't give a damn about you, the main thing is to sell UNINTERESTING excursions at exorbitant prices. In principle, I advise you to go to this hotel, in general, I am satisfied with the rest.
