УЖАСНЫЙ ОТЕЛЬ!!!! Никому не рекомендую!!!!!!! HORRIBLE HOTEL!!!! I do not recommend to anyone!!!!!!

Good afternoon! Maybe I can help someone in choosing a hotel. My husband and I went on our honeymoon. The hotel was chosen in 5 minutes, and the reviews were not read because there was no time. The tour operator told us that this hotel is 5 * UAI, we were very happy when we bought the tour. When we arrived at the hotel, our joy ended. The hotel itself is 3*. Last year it was a complex with 2 buildings with good food and animation, this year it was divided into 2 hotels and only 1 building remained. The rooms are already old, there were doors in the bathroom instead of curtains, but we didn’t have them in the room, all the water from the bathroom was on the floor after the shower. The food was terrible, every day we were given pasta, rice and mashed potatoes from a bag. The meat was chicken wings and legs. The salads included tomatoes and cucumbers. The food was just awful. There were no animators. For 10 days of rest there was only a foam disco for 2 hours on Saturday. In the evening there was Turkish karaoke, as there were only 10 people from the CIS countries from the whole hotel. All other Turks Terrible hotel, terrible food. There are no discos in the hotel, it costs $15 to go to Kemer by taxi. In the morning there was no toast, butter. . . and there was practically nothing to eat as the food was not very tasty.
