Hello! My name is Natalia. I am 40 years old. My vacation got off to a rocky start. The day before, a friend called and said that her state had been transferred. exam and therefore she is no longer planning a vacation in the coming days, because she will be preparing to pass. Egypt fell away immediately. Pyramids (a cemetery in fact), sand and sparse vegetation did not attract me. Greece fell away due to storms and rains. There was one more visa-free country: Turkey. October 15 - October 24 is no longer considered the season there, because the water and air are noticeably cooler. However, I decided to go to this country for several reasons: 1. I love mountains, the sea, clean air and water, beautiful nature. 2. Turkey has a very ancient and interesting history. 3. The desire to visit the city of Demir, namely the temple of St. Nicholas the Wonderworker (which, although defiled, is holy for every Christian), who was born in Turkey, then Lycia in Patara. 4. Pamukkale (tour. Pamukkale, in the lane.
- "cotton fortress"). In this amazing place, water flowing from the slopes of the mountain forms a system of bizarre reservoirs with limestone walls (travertines). Dazzling white terraces (travertine formations) arose on the mountainside as a result of the deposition of salts from sources saturated with calcium. These places have been used as a resort area since ancient times. In 1988, Pamukkale and the ruins of the city of Hierapolis were included in the UNESCO World Heritage List.
I turned to Chiptrip who picked me up the Asdem hotel (single). Already in the morning of the next day I flew to sunny Turkey. The mood was good-natured and I enjoyed my vacation like a child, because I had not been on vacation for more than 2 years.

And here is the Asdem hotel. We arrived in the evening. We were taken from Antalya Airport by bus (tour operator: Sunrise). It takes 40 minutes to drive from the airport, but they managed to take us 3 hours with stops, transporting tourists to other hotels. Dinner was served.
We didn't have to wait long for the accommodation. The number that I was given shocked me, although I am not a picky person. Floor: -1. The number was a pentagon. The bed was located 1.5 m from the door. The window overlooked the garden, but how! The room was "locked" between neighboring rooms so that the view from the window turned out to the neighboring walls of the building (left and right). In addition, a door to the next room was found in the wall of the room. She was closed. I knocked on the neighbors' door and made sure that it was indeed a through door. Perhaps this room was included in the "set" with the neighboring room during the season, I don't know. All this upset me. I took my things and at the reception asked for another room. Borgen (although I am mistaken in spelling the name of the chief administrator - the director of the reception), he - "Igor" in a raised voice agreed to give me another room on the principle: "worse, even worse, the worst. "
The proposed room was a birdhouse… beams hanging overhead (mansard) and a tiny, non-opening window (!!! ). Accompanying receptionist - deputy. I offered money to the director, but it turned out to be not enough))) so that I could be placed in a decent room, especially since the season was over and there were empty rooms "behind the eyes and ears. " Negative answer. When I returned to the reception again, the director of "Igor" just started yelling at me! . . "You think I'm stupid? "I told you, no numbers! ". My patience and positive attitude left me. I said that I read a negative review about the reception of this hotel, but did not believe it. “Igor” flared up: “I could give you another number tomorrow, a good one, but now I won’t! Bad review! ". A scandal erupted.
My demands to invite the hotel owner were ignored (however, the next day I accidentally met with the hotel owner, who supported his receptionist, saying that he was a professional, and Russian brawlers ...well, everything in the same spirit ... ). Upon request, a book of suggestions was provided, where I wrote my review, however, who will read these reviews and who needs them if Russian citizens in this hotel are second-class hotel management?

As a result, I waited for the change of the reception and paid 10 dollars. for each day of stay in the room and "stopped" in a beautiful "double" with a view of the mountains from the window. The reception, namely the rudeness at the reception, is the only negative, but it left an unpleasant aftertaste in the soul for the entire stay.
Firuza, an employee of the SPA hotel, who translated my dialogue with the owner of the hotel (a middle-aged man), advised me to “switch”, which I did))) I express my gratitude to her for her ability to smooth out unpleasant situations and the delicious chocolate wrap that instantly improved my mood! I advise you to visit the SPA at the hotel, because the price = quality ratio is perfect.
For a minimal tip (as a sign of gratitude, not to force me to fulfill my duties), the maid tried to please me. A very nice woman! Towels were changed every day. The room is always clean. Everything is just great in this regard.
About food. Food at the Sea Horse Restaurant was plentiful. For many, the process of eating food turned into gluttony: as much as you want and what you want.
Masseur Emre (respect! ). Every vein and bone was worked out. A very clean and tidy young man. After trying a massage in the SPA center of Kemer, I stopped at the SPA hotel.
This whole complex (air, water, sun, mountains, massage) helped to say goodbye to chronic fatigue for a while. I slept in a hotel with a child's sleep with the window open.
Agree with previous reviews regarding pounding music in the hotel and neighboring hotels. It is a fact. However, my room was located more successfully: the music was not pecking under my windows))). I advise you to take earplugs just in case for those who come here for relaxation. I thought about them at the weekend (I flew to Turkey on Friday). I can imagine what the audibility was in other rooms (“sea view”, “pool view”).
I agree that there are many shops with goods at good prices near the hotel (especially since it was the end of the season). So, for example, a bathing suit could be bought for $5. on sale.
Pros: mountains, sea, air, nature, food, SPA at the hotel, meals, tourist trips both from the tour operator - a wonderful guide with a sense of humor Levetan (pro), and from tour shops for prices an order of magnitude, or even more, cheaper .

Minus: blatant rudeness on the part of receptionists. The owner of the hotel needs to do something with this (the name of the hotel is in honor of the two partners who created the hotel).
Conclusion: think for yourself, decide for yourself to go to rest in this hotel or not.
Personally, I will not return to this hotel, even with all its advantages.

I’ll also add a “sea horse” restaurant a la carte by reservation - this was indicated in the schedule of restaurants and bars. At the reception, at my request to reserve a table (immediately the next day after accommodation), they informed me that the season was over, although this was included in the price of the tour.
Massage from 08:00 -20:00. Sauna from 10:00-12:00, and from 15:00-17:00, Turkish hammam from 08:00-20:00. Breakfast 07:30-10:00, late breakfast 10:00-10:30; lunch 12:30-14:30; dinner 19:00-21:30. coffee and pastries 16:00-17:00.
I paid for the safe, but I note that there were no cases of theft, even the money that I imprudently forgot on the table in the room was not touched, which is nice))). There are no sea urchins in the sea. Sharks too.

Good luck!
Positive help!
