Нам не понравилось в отеле, не тянет на 5* We did not like the hotel, it does not pull on 5 *

We rested in this hotel at the end of September this year. We chose this hotel for good reviews and on the advice of our tour operator.
What we didn't like about the hotel:
- The dining room is really very small for such a big hotel.
- When we arrived, we could not be settled due to lack of space in the rooms, we were waiting for the evening to check in when someone was seated.
- Settled in an uncleaned room.
- A lot of cats walk around the hotel. I do not advise those who are allergic to them to go.
- Of meat, mostly chicken, in rare cases something else.
- There weren't enough sunbeds on the beach. I had to take early in the morning.
What we liked about the hotel:
The warm sea, which is nearby.
The nature that surrounds.
4* hotel no more. I got the impression that tour operators wrote positive reviews about this hotel, because everything is not at all as smooth as they write.
For that kind of money you could have gone to a better hotel. . .
