We chose this hotel, because. it had a security certificate.
They settled us at about 12 noon (and thanks for not having to wait until 14:00), they gave us breakfast upon arrival, but after that we sat at the reception and waited.
The receptionist guy was not very friendly, I liked the girl much more at the reception.
PROS:
I liked the territory of the hotel, the slides and the beach, a couple of the waiters were very nice and tried.
MINUSES:
But I did not notice much pleasure at the bar. You ask for a cocktail (for which, as it were, you have already paid for in ultra all inclusive), as if you owe them, not them.
But the most interesting thing is the room - the usual no frills, a good view of the mountains (3rd floor) and everything would be fine if it were not for the lack of cleaning as such!

The first thing is that my husband and I asked for a double bed, we were sort of told that it would be. After that, having got into the room with us, the maids began to move two beds into one, while crawling in their dirty clothes on the bed, touching the towels, they moved the sheet across, which barely fit on two beds. (Beds broke all 7 days and I fell into a hole)
There was also no common blanket, only sheets with holes, which were very unpleasant to hide behind.
I was generally afraid to touch the blankets in the closet, and for good reason, since the room was terribly not cleaned (the dust was probably half a year old). I immediately took out the disinfectant and wipes and started cleaning. Napkins were black! The floor was not washed in the room, probably under the beds and bedside tables never! The room was cleaned 2 times in 7 days! They came at the wrong time, and we asked to come in later, but no one came. At the same time, cleaning the room means washing the floor where the rag can easily reach (the cleaning lady couldn’t get under the table, not to mention the fact that mice will soon start behind the cabinets). The sheets were not changed once, because. the stain that was on it (pink-red, God knows what, I hope from wine) and the hole remained. The second time they changed the sheets, but I doubt very much about their cleanliness.
In their opinion, making the bed in their version (they didn’t like the way I made it) seemed like it was cleaning the room. Thank God I took my own towels, after what I saw it was scary to touch, they only wiped their feet. And this, friends, in a pandemic!! ! It's scary to imagine what's going on in their kitchen.
Once I did freeze at night, because. We were at the end of October and the temperature at night on the street was 16-22 degrees. Decided to get a blanket and what do you think? Blood stains. I was shocked and upset to tears! Having put on all the warm clothes, she slept without a blanket and froze!
In the toilet we had a light bulb flashing and during these 7 days no one fixed it!

At the reception it was also dirty and it was unpleasant to sit on fabric sofas. The situation is the same in the dining room. At the sight that other people's leftovers, glasses, dirty spoons and forks are removed with the same mittens, and then with the same hands they go to put food on plates, bring coffee.
The waiters even sometimes put lettuce leaves on my plate with their bare hands without mittens, before touching other people's plates (I remind you that the hotel has a safety certificate, because they were on vacation in the midst of a pandemic) I also saw how the waiter would first scratch his nose under mask, and then takes a plate and pours food. Well class! What's the point of masks and gloves?
By the way, I often noticed how from food to lunch, they reworked something and it turned out a new dish for dinner! That is, questions about the freshness of food...
I even saw how a guy in mittens took out dirty glasses and leftovers from the trash can by the pool with his hands (because the bins were without bags) and then straightened the sunbeds and umbrellas with the same hands.
Maybe for them it is adequate, for me - no!!!
I was in shock and tried to touch something as little as possible.

There is absolutely no entertainment in the hotel! It was very boring! There's really nothing to do but hang out, frankly. Maybe the animation was canceled due to the pandemic or it was the end of the season, but I say it like it is.
But my husband and I saw how they carry food to the room, and then dirty dishes stood near the room (we suspect that they were infected with covid during isolation). there is no room service at the hotel, you need to go to the canteen.
The food was ok but not much variety. Sometimes I didn’t even want anything from what was offered.
Often there was a bird, but there was practically no seafood and fish. And when they gave the fish, it was bony and inedible.
Of course, if it weren’t for the pandemic, I wouldn’t worry about many things about cleanliness and cleaning. But even despite this, the hotel was terribly dirty and unpleasant to be in.
All in all, I liked everything else.
Tighten up the cleanliness and it will be great, but for now, a disgrace to such a careless attitude towards people's health!
