Before we arrived at the hotel the mood was great. The entrance to the hotel is directly from the road. Come in. It was 10 am. Sat at the reception waiting for check-in. This is where the problems started. There are only 2 maids in the hotel, they don’t understand Russian and constantly shout something in response. Instead of settling us in the first place, and we were all only 5 people, they cleaned the rooms of vacationers, and we were offered to settle down in the Turkish bath with bags for the time being. Of course, this option did not suit us and we began to resent. Representatives of the Tetz Tour did not provide us with any support. 10 minutes after the scandal we were given a number. The room is not bad, just had a torn bed and a leaking shower. The room was cleaned 1 time in 11 days, and then only the bed was changed. No one wipes the dust or the floor. The hotel has no territory at all. The slide is open 2 hours a day. The food is terrible. No variety. Constantly chicken, but they gave small pieces. If you didn’t have time to come to dinner at exactly 13:00, then you can already not eat or only what is left. Drinks were given 1 glass in one hand. Close to the sea, but the beach is small, few sun loungers. It is impossible to go into the sea, very large stones, slippery and very painful. In general, there is nothing good to say. I will never go to this hotel again!
