The hotel sucks. For children, of course, it's good, but the animation is a disgrace.
The staff is oh…lousy. The hotel, with the top five, was not even close. For starters, by paying (250 tr. for 3 people), we got a room, in the same world, with ants all over the room that crawled all over us all night. Chain on the door, opens together with the jamb. The container either works or it doesn't. At the Reception we were told that this issue would be resolved, a Turkish ghoul came, filled everything with sealant, the stench was terrible. I had to go back to the Lobby. We changed the number with the help of our tour company (ArdiTour. St. Petersburg) without them we would not have coped. Thank you for not leaving us in difficult times.

Calling the reception is useless or busy or no one picks up the phone, I had to go to them at 4 in the morning. But they didn’t turn on the condo at all soon, making such surprised faces, it’s strange - we wrote an application...

Guides with tourists (trying to defend their rights and money) can calmly talk in raised tones. Our friend, who got a neighboring room, was given one for 4 people, a family room, also with a herd of ants, although they ordered a 2-room suite with a partition and a door. The kind, fat, Pegasus guide (it was 08/19/2021), to his indignation about the room, generally offered to leave the hotel, talk, where there are no cameras.
In front of us, the flight was postponed for 19 hours, but in this case, Pegasus is not responsible and does not provide a room for a family with 3 children, yes, a day, and so, sleep on a sun lounger or pay 190 €.
