I have never written reviews about hotels and holidays before, but this time I decided to tell you what and how it is in this hotel. I traveled quite a few hotels, and therefore there is something to compare with. Rested in the period from 07/25/2016 to 08/02/2016 with his wife and child (4.5 years).
The hotel is located in a very beautiful place: an old coniferous forest (pine, spruce and something else) mixed with palm trees, cacti, deciduous trees and all this in the foothills (right above the hotel there are huge rocks and mountains) - the beauty is unreal and the air is saturated with sea air and needles. The hotel consists of many 2-storey houses in which, as a rule, 4 rooms (two on the first floor and two on the second floor, respectively). The rooms are small (of all the hotels where I have been, this is the smallest room), but the rooms are very comfortable and of high quality (good repair) and the main thing is that there are mosquito nets on all windows and doors to the balcony (you still live in the forest). Also in the room there is: TV, safe, air conditioner, shower, toilet, balcony - well, like everyone else. The hotel is actually divided into two zones: a zone of silence and tranquility in the forest, where all the houses are located. And the fun zone: restaurant, bar, swimming pools, games, sports grounds, beach, etc.
As for the bars: in fact, there is only one)))), but it is located very conveniently - right in the center of the "fun zone" you can get to it from anywhere in the "fun zone" 10-50 meters and therefore I had no questions about the number of bars in the hotels and no complaints. On the beach, the bar only works as a disco from 22.30, and then all alcoholic drinks, including beer in it, are paid, BUT you do not forget that there is a free bar 40 meters away where you can go for drinks))))) and this is not a problem.
There is also a bar near the reception - but it's actually just a coffee shop where Internet addicts constantly sit - there is good Wi-Fi there)))) very - you need to know the place.
Beach: The beach is separated by a pier. On the right side there is an excellent sandy beach where almost everyone with children rests. But on the right side there are very few sunbeds (physically no longer fit): somewhere around 30-40 pieces. Above the right side (go up the stairs) - there are about 30-50 sunbeds, but there is no longer sand, but a lawn. On the left side of the sunbeds there are a lot of 50-100 (maybe more), but the entrance to the sea is rocky (you can turn your legs around), you go a little more than waist-deep and there is already sand. There are almost no people on this beach.
Entertainment: volleyball, football, tennis, archery, aerial shooting, table tennis, basketball, gym, aerobics, fitness, various women's activities (I don’t know what they are called), etc.
Pools: when I saw the main pool, I was very upset - compared to other hotels (where I was), it is very small, but in the process of rest, I changed my mind: it is more than enough for so many vacationers and when you swim there, no one bothers you. There are also children's pools: this is generally a joy for children: they are not big but very convenient and comfortable, with small water slides that adults also enjoy riding (including me))))) By the way, as far as I understand, all the pools heated - the water in all pools is very warm.
Staff: very cheerful and pleasant people, BUT unfortunately they work VERY strictly according to the rules set by the management: the bar is open from 10.00 and therefore at 9:55 cola and water will not be poured? (but the bartenders themselves are good guys, polite and cheerful). Check-out as in all hotels at 12.00. My departure from the hotel was at 18.00, but I had to leave the room at 12.00 If I were without a little daughter, then there are no questions, BUT where will I put her to sleep!? ! The hotel is 50% full. I understand that these are the rules and they apply in all hotels, BUT, purely humanly, they could offer the smallest room in the farthest corner of the hotel for 3-4 hours, but unfortunately they do not deviate from the rules even at 12.00 I vacated the room as it should be and "homeless" around the hotel ))))) Well, at least the towels were not taken away - thanks for that too (Valeria from the receptionist - hello to you))) ! ).
Food: the food is tasty and varied in terms of garnish, salads, sweets, fruits, BUT not in meat: as a rule, fried chicken or strange cutlets are made of meat (I didn’t understand what they are)))), and there is also fish. For breakfast, free orange fresh juice: this was not in other hotels - it's cool. The restaurant has a children's menu and a type of children's room: a TV set and a children's table. It is very convenient. The staff in the restaurant is very pleasant and helpful, the chefs and waiters are great.
And now the most important thing - ANIMATION !!!! ! Hello to all animators:

- stones on the right beach - it seems to me that removing them will not be a big financial cost, but it will triple the beach;
- a towel system for sunbeds (put a towel and left) - it was very annoying: 3 people bathe on the beach, but all the sunbeds are occupied! ? This is the case in almost all hotels, and the hotels themselves are to blame for this. I have not seen this in one of the hotels, and everything is very simple: the hotel rules state that you cannot leave towels, and if you left it, then a specially trained employee walks and collects towels;
- management loyalty: why are you so strict with the staff? ! Why not, as an exception, allow your staff to sometimes deviate from the rules for the convenience of vacationers?!
- cleaning in the room: as long as there is a “dollar bath”, everything is fine except for the floor (they hardly wash the floor at all, and it doesn’t matter if there is a “dollar bath” or not), but if there is no “dollar bath”, then they will make your bed and clean it will end. It was very annoying!!! ! I sometimes forget to leave "van dollar" - so I'm already a bad settler (? ) - raise me a ticket for 8 dollars (I will not get poorer) and please oblige the cleaning lady to clean my room every day, and I will leave "van dollar" when not forget. I didn’t see this in other hotels and thought it was a joke in “our rush”, but here I really ran into this.

- all the staff are very pleasant and polite;
- there are no party-goers - the hotels are very calm and sincere: probably 70% of vacationers with children and in general this is really a children's hotel;
