First about the good. Rested family of three adults and a child and a half years. The hotel area really exceeded our expectations. This is a real arboretum with an artificial waterfall, a river where ducks and ducklings live. The basis is Mediterranean pines, palms, ficuses, cacti, bamboo and a host of other trees and shrubs. The park is carefully looked after. The bungalows are located so that no one interferes with anyone. The kitchen is wonderful. The menu has a lot of vegetable dishes, chicken and fish. Chefs are not lazy and come up with various dishes. A bunch of pastries. In the evening, a delicious grill. Waiters work conscientiously. I thank them for their kindness and hard work. The beach is sandy, it would not hurt to clean it better. In general, I liked the hotel. But there are "buts".
We arrived at night, the flight was delayed by an hour and a half. The administrator handed us the keys and said - see the plan and look for the nomar. We with things and the child trudged to look. Night. No one saw us off, no one offered a porter. It turned out that we were given a double room for four. The children ran to the reception. Another administrator came. Offered another room type family room for the night. We with things again trudged there. This option suited us. We stayed there. At first we were told to pay extra $50. But then they left us without additional payment. We did not agree to pay. The room is like a room, but there is another niche room. We ended up falling asleep at 3 am. There is no guide from Koral Elshan at all. When our child got sick, the guide Khurshet from Join Up helped us. Many thanks to him for his help. He helped call the insurance company, worried, asked. The rooms are very simple. Little things are missing. Not a single chair or ottoman, glass cups. Although the shower room with good tiles and new plumbing. The walls are painted white. Spots are visible.
I would paint the walls in some warm sunny color, because the bungalows are in the forest, the windows are small, and the rooms are always dark.
Cleaning sucks. But do not be shy, demand cleaning if anything.
One more caveat. The kids took the tour and as a bonus they were offered a "free" visit to the spa in Kemer. And there is a complete mess. The narrow-eyed administrator (probably a Kazakh woman) simply takes it by the throat and almost forces a massage for a lot of money. He does it arrogantly and rudely. Bastard. I'll find another place to write about this. So keep that in mind.
In general, the rest was wonderful, if the child did not get sick. DO NOT BATH CHILDREN IN THE POOL. CATEGORICALLY. This was not just one case. But the hotel does not warn about this, so as not to scare away the vacationers.
Rested a lot of Turks with children and some large families. This is a cultured people (unlike our former fellow citizens). Turks just do very much! love children. And their children are not loud, because their parents do not shout at them either. The atmosphere in the hotel is good, the Russians later arrived, but, thank God, there were few of them.
I never went to the same hotel. But this one, perhaps, I will come, despite the shortcomings on which we did not dwell.
