We went to a 5-star hotel, arrived either 3 or bad 4. For the first time in my life I write a bad review. First, about the good: great animation, wonderful nature, clear sea, delicious food. Everything about the good.
More about the bad: very unfriendly staff both at the reception and at the bar on the beach, the rooms are unkempt and dirty, there is not even a semblance of a closet, in 10 days they never changed the bed, they waited for the electrician all day with scandals, there is only one key for the room, regardless of how many adults live in the room and it’s simply not realistic to solve the issue, the hotel manager didn’t even come out when asked, the beach is terribly dirty (they just don’t clean it), sunbeds, umbrellas and mattresses are dirty, very old and a lot of broken ones, you need to take a seat earlier than at 6 am, the lifeguard is not always on the beach, from light alcoholic drinks only beer and gin and tonic. You can write a lot. Recommendation: if you want a holiday with a level 5 service - just don't go to Salima.
