When we arrived, we asked for a room on the second floor, as we read reviews that it was cold and damp on the first floor. But the receptionists pretended that there were no rooms, they searched for a long time, although the hotel was half empty, I had to pay 20 dollars. We were settled, but the air conditioner did not work in the room, there was no hot water. We were very cold during the night, and in the morning we came to the reception to swear at them. As a result, we adjusted the air conditioner, did something with the water, however, the washbasin was clogged. . . Then we tuned in to rest, went on an excursion and did not pay attention to the shortcomings. Given that it was the end of April - the beginning of May, this hotel is cold. Usually we fly in the spring and everything is fine, but this year we were not lucky. As for the hotel, the territory is beautiful, there is a botanical garden. The food is good, the beach is good. I think it should be very nice there in the summer. Among the shortcomings, I can also note that the rooms are not large, there were three of us, we paid for three separate beds, in fact there were two beds and one sofa, for three this room, of course, is small. The room also did not have a closet.... For two, maybe normal, but for three - not convenient. There are no shops, cafes, a market nearby, there is nowhere to walk. We chose the hotel ourselves, looked at the reviews, so there is no one to blame : ) Although, not taking into account the rooms and our problems with settling, the hotel is good. We bought a tour in Pamukkall for 2 days from the guide, there are complaints about its quality, since our guide spoke Russian very poorly, because of this, the whole tour was very hard to perceive. Previously, we were on this tour, there was a guide who spoke excellent Russian and knew history, for us it was WOW, this time, of course, everything is different. In addition to the not very good guide, the tour went quickly, somehow quickly, they gave me some time to swim in the pool, then they took me to the shops, in general I didn’t like it.
