Good morning! We stayed at this hotel from 01.08. to 12.08. 22g, room 1069. This is not the first time in the Barut network, we were in Side before, where we liked it. This year we chose Kemer. We were seated almost as soon as we arrived at 2pm. But, here it’s interesting: they don’t escort guests to the room, they give a card, and look for it yourself. We were given a room without a balcony, there was nowhere to dry things, overlooking the neighboring hotel. The room has everything you need. But the room itself is tired, with peeled wallpaper, a hair dryer without fasteners, it is not convenient to use. Cleaning is mediocre: the ashtray was not removed all 12 days, from the word at all.
The food, yes, is excellent, but an unpleasant incident occurred: in a cooked dish, I came across a fragment of a plate. Good thing I didn't swallow it and break my tooth!
