Chose this hotel based on photos and reviews. Having cooled down, I want to write objectively. We start from the entrance to the hotel, in the photo it stands in greenery, in fact, this is a residential area and there is no greenery in the form of gardens! I was still surprised, last year we rested in Santana and walked along this street and there were no gardens. When choosing a hotel, I thought that I didn’t understand the map correctly. The second disappointment was the rooms. If you are immediately settled on the second and third floor with a balcony, then everything is more or less. I emphasize with a balcony, we were offered a room with one window and then into the corridor. It is not recommended for people with claustrophobia and not only. Then they offered the first floor, to believe the reviews of other commentators, they stuffed them into a bungalow, and then, after threats of refusing to settle, like we give you such rooms, and you turn your nose, agreed to a room by the pool.
As you can see in the photo, there is no balcony either, at night you can get out of sleep from the second floor, there is no TV, tiny, vacationers or servants sit all night until the morning. We talked loudly, turned on music, etc. , and you can’t say anything, people want to relax. A big minus is that there are no hangers and wardrobes, there is simply nowhere to stick things, even when we got a better room, things were put on a crib - well, there’s not even a hanger there. At least the old one had a hanger. Who, without a balcony and in a bungalow, did not know where to stick wet things, well, they would have bought at least folding dryers, because you can always find a way out. Design should not exceed convenience.
Cleaning, separate conversation. Cleaning on demand, given how many changed rooms, maybe it is not particularly needed, at least we took it calmly and did not ask to be cleaned. But while we were waiting for the bus and rented out the room, the speed of cleaning killed us: after we were cleaned for exactly five minutes and people were immediately settled, and I was still surprised why the bathroom was so dirty. After the ordeals, the quality of linen was no longer paid attention, it seemed that there was nothing. Food, I don't know what to say. I can’t say that it’s very little, especially at the end of the rest and hike, thanks to the already bad reviews, they began not to be greedy with fish and meat, they are given only in the evening and, as for me, they cook well.

There was a lot of fruit, breakfast, it seemed to be nothing either, but lunch and dinner... It seems that there is food, but apart from tomatoes and cucumbers, blue and peppers, there was not much edible. It seems that there was a side dish, but often cold, I don’t know why. The coffee machine was constantly breaking down, well, fix it, you have a lot of guests, and you cannot turn off the masters. Therefore, at the expense of food, I can’t honestly assess, what if someone likes pasta filled with kefir. I liked the soups. Alcohol is not very, but we are not strong and lovers of it. This is my subjective opinion, as they say on taste and color...
The beach is shared. Yes, they didn’t give bracelets, but they didn’t seem to touch us on the beach, we still went to the wild beach more. Therefore, it is up to you to decide whether to go here or not. Personally, for the money that I paid, I won’t go here anymore, but on a last-minute ticket and people who don’t bother about anything, they might like it. I was surprised by the laudatory reviews, I thought that I was being prejudiced, but the number of outraged guests at the reception and in the dining room made it clear that many were in solidarity with me.
