Terrible hotel, it has no stars! Firstly, complete unsanitary conditions in the dining room, which is located in the courtyard by the road, where cars drive and they also have chickens and roosters walking around this dining room, who don’t care where to put their droppings! Hot water only as long as there is sun, because there is no water heater. The cleaning of the rooms is terrible, with one rag they wipe all the rooms only on the open places of the floor, the dust was not wiped even once, we ourselves washed everything ourselves !! ! Towels were promised to be changed every day, but it was allowed at 3 days! Garbage collection was worked out on the day, but at the end of the holiday it was not cleaned for 4 days! Wifi is paid and works only at the reception! All inclusive, but excuse me eating the same soup for 10 days, the same pasta and rice with chicken - so where is the 4 stars?? ? And I’m generally silent about drinks, diluted beer with water, some kind of slurred wine is more like a sivuha! The pool can be used from 9 to 18 ...Such nonsense to be honest ...
Half of the photos that are listed here are from a nearby hotel that has nothing to do with them!!!! ! The operator who sold the tour to us claimed that there are really 4 stars here and we paid a lot of money in 10 days !!! !
