We arrived after 10 p. m. , the rooms were not ready, apparently the guests were not very happy, no one offered to eat, they even refused water, although it was very hot, the air conditioners did not work and I was very thirsty, but these are trifles compared to that what awaited us. The rooms are not cleaned from the word at all, even for appearances, the bed has never been changed for 7 days, the more towels had to be begged for, like the rest of the soap accessories, toilet paper.
