The room overlooking the mountains is very nice, the room itself is clean and comfortable with a balcony with chairs and a table. The water was always hot, everything worked, if in the fours where we used to be there was a curtain and a shower and the floor was often wet, then here there is a glass cabin, which could not but rejoice. The only thing is that all Beltur's rooms are without refrigerators, but we were ready for this. If we didn't put up a "do not disturb" sign, we would clean every day, and so every other day. Linen and towels were changed once. The area is very beautiful, all in greenery. Orange, lemon trees, medlar, palm trees, marble paths. Part of the area was closed when we were, so there were 2 pools instead of 3 as advertised, but that's enough. One of the pools with two slides, cat. work from 11 to 12 and from 15 to 16.5 minutes to the sea, if you want to get to the Beltura beach, if you want to get to the wild beach, then 10 minutes, if to the rocks, then 20-30 minutes. The entrance to the sea, like everywhere else in Kemer, even in Pyatyorki - big stones, but we bought special rubber slippers and this did not bother us. We fed variously, because 90% of vacationers are Russians, and our people like to create queues, this is not a minus of the hotel, but a minus for people who, in 15 minutes. before the opening of the restaurant, they stood in line near the hot one, naturally 15 minutes in advance. this line grew by several meters. But we quietly waited 20 minutes. and they came without a queue. There was always enough food, constantly changed to full trays if something ran out. Chicken was always in the diet, meat is always tight in Turkey. : ) Different greens, pickles, salads, zucchini, eggplant - everything is delicious, fresh. Of the fruits were melons, watermelons, apples, oranges, once apricots. Sweet - not a very big choice, if we compare where we were before, but there was always something to eat, in the evening there was always a cake. There were not enough cups, but after a while they brought them. We were okay with this. 3 coffee machines, more often - 2, because one of them broke down. At the peak, lines lined up for tea and coffee, but it was always possible to wait at the table when the people settled down, and take a cup in advance. There were also chipped dishes, but this did not bother us. We are not in the top five, we paid not so much money, probably the hotel cannot afford to constantly throw out the dishes with so many people. About animation. . But this is the weak link. This can be called a VERY unobtrusive animation, if you do not want, then nothing will happen. Nobody will persuade you. I liked what was organized for children. Cartoons at 20.30, and a children's disco, during the day - darts. I didn’t see the children’s club during the day, but when there was one cloudy day, cartoons were shown during the day and the children drew at the tables there. Last year I read that there was a girl who took care of the children, this year there was only Boris, but maybe this is the beginning of the season. . . In general, having read bad reviews, we were prepared for the worst, stocked up on disposable tableware and patience, but everything turned out to be very good, the staff is polite, the atmosphere is good, it is clear that the animation is better in the neighboring hotel, the area on the beach, but then you have to pay much more, I when I arrived I looked at the prices, the neighboring hotel would have cost 30-40 thousand more for our family, and we had a great rest in our Belture.
