Were in Beltura 2011 at the end of May. We were looking for the most budget option for the trip. Upon check-in, they gave $ 10 (immediately in the documents) and we were settled in a normal building (where there is a hammam), 2nd floor directly above the pool. For 3 * the room is normal (whole, clean), however, there was no refrigerator, no soap, no shampoo in it. At night, the closed balcony did not save from the music from the neighboring hotel.
The contingent of the hotel is 90% of our CIS compatriots (mostly not the best representatives) and 10% are elderly Turks.
The restaurant building is small, so most of the tables are outside, and not all under a canopy. The food VERY leaves a lot to be desired. Meat - only stewed (boiled? ), chicken in small pieces, soy sausages and cutlets... We found an alternative - fried (not grilled) vegetables + cheeses... Few sweets and a strange mousse in a huge bowl... few fruits... etc... Coffee machines turned on (!!! ) only during the opening hours of the restaurant (breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, dinner) I saw this for the first time. In fact, we weren't hungry either. For the first time in all the trips, we didn’t gain weight - I was pleased.

The territory of the hotel is green and this is its only plus. In 2011, the renovation of the new building was just completed (it turns out it is already on the 3rd line? ) With a swimming pool. We went to this pool without a crowd, ourselves, the rest of the vacationers did not know about it then.
The beach was not cleaned, the sun loungers were old, not at all intact, there were no beach towels. Go to the sea ONLY!!!! ! in slippers - large and slippery boulders in the water. The price of the hotel, today, is unreasonably high. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
