We were greeted warmly, settled immediately, the room was given with windows on two walls, bright, quite spacious. The food is no frills, but satisfying. (True, two deceptions were immediately revealed. Firstly, Wi-Fi is paid, although the hotel website says otherwise. Secondly, the beach is really a 10-minute walk, but this is a city beach. The hotel has its own beach, but go it takes 35-40 minutes to get there. There is a bus from the hotel twice a day. The beach is not bad, cleanliness is maintained, sunbeds are free, although many are broken, there is a bar nearby with water, juices and tea. . . ) The water in the room was cold and hot all the time, but the room was not cleaned even once, linen was not changed. . . In general, I would close my eyes to the little things, because the main thing is the sea, the sun, the mountains. . . but one event crossed out all the pleasure with a thick line. The first day I was robbed. Deprived of both excursions and shopping. . . Reported to the administrator immediately. It turned out that another room was cleaned. She waited for the police to arrive in hot pursuit, to conduct an investigation, because there could be witnesses, and there were fingerprints. . . Where there! We repeatedly demanded to call the police and invite the owner to talk, but the answer was the same: "Your business is being handled. " In general, they took their time. It turned out that the owners saved on video cameras, on security, and the hotel is a passage courtyard, the entrance from the street directly to the stairs, bypassing the reception. None of the owners came and personally apologized to the victims. They verbally conveyed through the duty officer that they were sorry. . . I have been traveling for more than ten years to rest in different cities and countries, but this is the first time. Just spat in the soul, the rest was ruined.
