Chose this hotel as relatively cheap. I expected to see a normal 3 star hotel. Hotel staff in flip flops and jeans, no uniform as the operator advertised. Waited 2 hours before checking in. A room was waiting for me, which is more suitable for the word "pigsty". The window overlooked the dining room, where people ate. The room is dirty and untidy, broken furniture, dirty linens (by the way, regardless of the room). I immediately went to the reception to ask for another room. To which the Turk got nasty and told me to call my operator if I don’t like something. On the 4th day, they changed my room to a conditionally normal one. But first look at the room in which I was lucky enough to live. Photos speak for themselves. Add to this the boorish staff, the poor pool, the monotonous food, the lack of a beach, dirty linen and you will understand what 3 stars are in Turkish. Never stay at Britannia hotel and villas!! !
