In general, the hotel leaves quite a positive impression. However, I can say that I am not particularly picky about the conditions of rest, if the shortcomings are not striking, I do not pay attention.
Let me highlight the main points:
1. Meeting, resettlement.

We arrived around 8 am. As in all hotels, check-in starts at 2 pm, we were ready for this, so we prepared beach clothes in advance. Suitcases are left at the reception, and you can change clothes in the changing rooms of the hammam. The room was promised to be ready after 12. The promise was kept, but then the fun began... A friend at the reception, whose name was Mustafa, offered us a room on the ground floor, next to the laundress, with a balcony, practically located in the pool bar. We refused to go there! The next room was offered to us on the 1st floor. Not only was it a 3-seater (and there are two of us), so the windows overlooked the roadway. And only after we told Mustafa that we had heard a lot about him, and a bonus of $ 10 to him, we were given quite a decent room, on the 3rd floor, overlooking the restaurant's veranda, mountains and a neighboring hotel.
Hence the conclusion, if you want to get a good number, insist on it stubbornly and do not spare the premium for Mustafa : ).
2. Room and service.
The furnishings are standard, the furniture is new and in good condition. Someone in the reviews complained about the shower built into the wall. This did not bother us, if it was necessary to wash something, the shower switches to the faucet. The soap is liquid, the stock is replenished regularly. In general, the cleaning suits. For 12 days, the linen was changed 3 times, the towel more often. The maids walked down the corridor every day, but we hung a sign on the door and they cleaned us every other day.
3. Territory.
The territory is small, but this should not be a surprise to those who have read the characteristics of the hotel. A lot of greenery, decorations, it is clear that everything is done with soul. The staff cleaned the pool every day, the plants are also taken care of. Pools 2: one large, with slides and a children's area, and the second small, with a jacuzzi.
In the hotel itself, too, everything is clean and tidy, it is very pleasant to sit on the sofas in the lobby or on the terrace.
4. Beach.
You need to walk 3-5 minutes to the beach. The road is good, past two hotels and shops. There is a pay phone near the shops, calls are not expensive at all, we bought a card last year, then and now we called home every 2 days.
The caretaker of the beach deserves special words. He was always there, keeping order. Several people with disabilities were resting with us, he helped them enter the water, helped them walk along the beach.
On the beach, one can note the disadvantage that there are really not enough sunbeds. We arrived early, there were still places, and people who came around 10 am sometimes had to lie on the rocks. The beach strip is wide and there is enough space to put a couple more rows of sunbeds. There is a green area, a booth with drinks.

Twice a day, a woman bakes cakes, for which a queue is formed. There is a separate conversation about the queues, but as for the cakes, I can say that we once tried them out of curiosity, there was no more desire.
5. Nutrition.
Traditional Turkish cuisine. Lots of vegetables and salads. Every day soups and hot dishes to choose from: chicken, lamb in different forms. For dinner, the chef cooks something on the grill outside. Sweets and fruits for breakfast, lunch and dinner. And now about the queues... Due to the fact that the hotel rests mainly Russians who love to stand in line, you don't even have to come to the beginning! We waited an hour and quietly ate without queues and crowds. But here it is worth noting one more feature of compatriots: the love for piling up a pile of food and putting it in a bag, apparently for a rainy day : ). If they gave cherries or peaches that came earlier, they scooped them up in buckets, and there was no more left for the rest. But it is worth noting that in the shops near the hotel these fruits are very cheap and we preferred to buy kilograms of fruit and enjoy them. In general, we ate. If you do not go to fatten up for the winter, then there should be no complaints about food.
6. Entertainment.
Animation during our stay was not particularly noticed. Those. in principle, she was, but, as stated in the description of the hotel, unobtrusive. During the day they played water polo in the pool, volleyball on the beach, live music on Sunday evenings, bingo on Monday, Turkish night on Wednesday. Another animator periodically tried to gather people for a disco in Kemer, I can’t say how successful he was : ).

At this point, it is worth mentioning the excursion program. This year, for the first time, they took a risk and trusted not the hotel guides, but the Pipo Tour street agency. Impressions are only positive! Not only is the price strikingly different from hotel prices, but the performance is on top. For example, in the Pegast company, there are a lot of Turkish guides. With all due respect, it is difficult to perceive information, parsing the accent. And here, during a trip to Pamukkale, we were accompanied by a Russian-speaking guide, who very professionally, expertly conducted the tour. I recommend this agency to everyone!
For me personally, one of the unpleasant features was the already noted abundance of vacationers from Russia. Who knows what are the peculiarities of the behavior of fellow citizens on vacation, especially in the all-inclusive system, he will understand my displeasure. I will not delve into the topic, because. this can not be put in reproach to the hotel staff.
And finally, I would like to say about the entertainment that we found ourselves while relaxing at the hotel. The conditional name of the game is "Who's Who". You can guess the whole rest what specific function the hotel employees perform: the restaurant chef periodically pours beer and clears the table; the bartender plays with children at the children's disco and runs around the dining room during meals; the waiter can easily perform the duties of a beach boy in shorts. And who really is the owner of the hotel, we have not figured out : ).
The hotel is not ashamed to advise! Everything is worthy, pleasant... It was a pity to leave, we still remember a wonderful vacation!
