July 2008 was spent on a trip for 2 2300 USD. 8 nights (don't remember exactly). The hotel does not correspond to 5 stars, although I am in Turkey for the first time, but I was in Europe and from other reviews of Turkey, I judge so.
The food is monotonous, mostly chicken, fish is sooooo rare, and then, horse mackerel or mackerel, but still delicious. Surprisingly, the food was insipid, few spices, there was no garlic in any dish, although this is how I imagined Turkish cuisine. In general, I did not like her. Pluses - a lot of various salads, herbs, all sorts of sauces for them. Such a concept as seafood or sushi is alien to this hotel. Lots of fruits and oriental sweets. But such a feeling developed - everything that was not eaten for lunch was mixed, beautifully laid and put up for dinner.
In the Ala Carte restaurant, there are 3 or 4 options for cuisine, we were insistently offered to choose Turkish, they say, the most delicious. Sorry. . .
