Just returned from a trip and want to share my impressions. Were in May 2018. From the hotel only good impressions. It is clear that not everything is perfect, but there are much more positive aspects. First of all, I would like to note that some "ours" themselves crap, are rude, behave like pigs, and apparently, after that they still write bad reviews.
About the hotel: we got a room with a view of the mountains and the sea, side, on the third floor. The scheme - give 10 dollars and the number will be better for you - does not work. We were initially given a nice room with a great view. After that, we went down and anyway thanked the girl at the reception, gave her "our" sweets)))
All the staff are very friendly, they try, and you don’t need to poke money for this. They have TIP boxes where you can put your "thanks", ie. tips. With us, the girls who were checking in wanted to "pay" to be given another room, but....at the same time, they did not even see what they were given)))) and were already standing with a disgruntled face. I didn't see the logic. Initially come and immediately make a displeased look? ? This is how you ruin your holiday.
Some of the description and pictures are different. For example, the tennis court does not work, I did not find exercise equipment, but I did not really look for it. For the active, there are three times a day classes with a trainer (morning Pilates, water aerobics at 11:30 and Zumba at 15:00).
The food is excellent, varied. Of course, they do not cook shallots and other exclusives, as, for example, often happens in European fives, but every day fish, turkey, chicken, meat. Enough greens and vegetables. I really liked their rice, I don’t know what the secret is))) but it’s very tasty.
There are many desserts, at 1.00 opens, as I called it, CAKE TIME))) a place for sweet teeth with cakes, pastries, cookies and ice cream.
There were not many fruits, apples, oranges and something else))) but we didn’t reach them)
Your own bread, different buns, pies, croissants in the morning.
Drinks, as everywhere, we drank mostly tea and coffee, water.
