In general, the hotel is "so-so", we can say the average level, although in principle the price is not even cheap, but it does not pull on this money. I would like to note the minuses, the food - everything seems to be delicious, but as for the dining room, obviously the seats are not designed for the number of people who stay there, therefore, if you did not get into the first wave that rushed to eat, then you are doomed to be left without forks or spoons, sit down at an uncleaned table and all the resulting discomfort, so it’s better to storm the canteen right from the opening. The rooms, they would call it: cheap and cheerful, budget to “I can’t”, the cleaning in the room was very disgusting, they didn’t vacuum it for all 8 days. I would like to note the elevators, you never wait for them, there are only 2 elevators for all buildings, respectively, you either have to wait a very long time, or by walking, if you are young, in principle, it’s not a problem to run up and down, it’s like “fitness included”, but what to do to the rest of the people - oh wait for elevators for half an hour !! ! As for the animation - the average level. Of the pluses, only food and territory remain. Perhaps for the money that this hotel costs, you can find much, much better, think carefully before choosing this hotel. I would also like to mention the tour operator, Pegasus - she personally traveled from them for many years, all the time there were some jambs and mistakes, I was convinced once again that it is far from the best tour operator, and certainly a big company - but the quality of the services provided by the OH suffers. This time, the parents took a “fishing” excursion, the bus was supposed to pick up from the hotel at 8.05, as a result, they waited until 8.30 - so no one came, they went to figure out what was the matter, it turned out they were simply FORGOTTEN. Well, in May, of course, you will excuse me, but how can you forget 2 people who paid for the tour in advance... draw conclusions about this company. But this is not the worst, my indignation knows no bounds from that “company” that provides services for boating, parachuting, etc. , it is located next to the beach, next to the territory of the Catamaran Hotel, called “Water Sports”, if you want to ride a parachute or a boat, there are other companies a little further away, they ride normally, make a big circle, in general, don’t be too lazy, better go there, because “water sports” are freeriders and hacks, my mother decided to ride a parachute and resorted to the services “water sports”, since dad left the beach at that moment, the Turk saw it, and you can just say he lifted it into the air and immediately lowered it, without even making a circle, and the reason was that this Turk began to flirt with young girls, at the same time, my mother asked to land her on the shore, but he pretended that he did not hear her and did not pay any attention, she was simply forced to jump off this boat and swim to the shore, as a result, this freak brought an adult to tears, I think you just need to drive such bastards in the neck, and here is such a pleasure for your own money.
