Incredibly rude staff! It seems that we do not pay them, but they pay us. Any question turned into a problem, and in our personal. There is absolutely no housekeeping. Wi-Fi is paid, yes, they warn about it, but for 7 days you pay 10 euros not for a room, but for each device. That is, if you want to connect 2 phones, then pay 20 euros accordingly and you will not receive any guarantee of uninterrupted operation. Moreover, at the Reception they say that this does not concern them, their job is only to take money.

The declared SPA services seem to be present ...but I didn’t have to visit the hammam before, but I’m sure that there shouldn’t be a strong smell of mold. As for food, it is tasty, but monotonous, and the shortage of toothpicks and the complete absence of teaspoons are especially surprising. You say that you can do without teaspoons? You can do without everything, but we are talking about a 5 * Ultra All Inclusive hotel.

Soft-boiled eggs served for breakfast in the absence of these same teaspoons looked especially touching.

There was also a rather "pleasant" neighborhood with the mosque, where ritual cries were heard at 5.30 in the morning, but that's not all, a rooster walked around the courtyard of this mosque, the working day of which began at 4.00 and lasted until 8.00 hours. It is absolutely impossible to sleep, because if you close the balcony, it becomes very stuffy, and the air conditioner, as someone already wrote, works several hours a day. As a result, we regularly met the sunrise on the beach, and this "sun-worshipping sect" was joined by the entire side of the hotel overlooking the mosque.

In response to our dissatisfaction, the workers answer: "If you don't come, others will. " Many more examples could be given, and we can say that all these are trifles. But these little things show the attitude of the staff towards Russian-speaking tourists. They believe that we will endure everything: both rudeness, and lies, and outright mockery.
